There was no one there to greet me. Sign said press 500 to talk to someone. Didn’t work. It was about an hour before I was able to check in. Then my key didn’t work. I had to find someone to let me in my room. I was afraid to leave for fear of being locked out and not able to find someone to let me back in. Then “lost” my credit card. Front desk said they didn’t have it. Had to cancel it and order a new one the next morning after checking in late and not leaving the room. Overall horrible experience!

The room had a odor and They assigned us a room to my mother and when we got there the manager was having a meeting in the room. The manager came out of room with his lab top in hand and advised us this will be your room. The room was not recleaned. We entered the room and it had a bad odor. They later came to the room and sprayed air freshner. The odor still remained. Everything in the room was worn and visually unappealing. I will be contacting orbitz for a refund.

The property could use a deep clean. Don’t expect a nice hotel, it’s just a place to sleep and shower. You get the kitchenette but we didn’t use it.

So they gave me a third room that had more roaches than the first 2 and I left. I came back the next day to speak to the GM and was issued a refund. Don’t waste your money with this place.

room 404 (a non smoking room) reeked of cigarette smoke; dead roach in bathroom was a bad sign; no reading light on bedside table; 2 metal chairs in room were not a way to spend daytime; no generators available to elevator if power outage...this is extremely critical for 79 year olds; on positive side, the front desk clerk (although a rent hire) was extremely positive and helpful. given these extreme conditions

The lady at the front desk successfully multi-tasked multiple guest with differing requirements, while on the phone with tech support regarding VISA machine being inoperative. She did this with an affirming, positive and apologetic attitude. Great receptionist!

This was suggested with a booking for a package deal. Someone needs to check it out. It had No Smoking signs several places. It reeked with smoke, The elevator was filthy, and the room, It too was just awful. I didn't dare even use the bathroom, I checked out and didn't stay. Bad start to a vacation in Jacksonville. I don't think this should be allowed.

No lobby No coffee machine No lotion No business office No daily room service

I had an issue with a septic smell from the toilet when flushing; told management and no one had come to look at it in 2 weeks +; continual smell of weed in the stairwell and hallways

The stay was okay. I was nothing special. Good for the price.

There was too much noise coming from the room upstairs.

I already had a room paid for and the manager would not allow me to stay. They said that I smoked in the previous room but I didn't. I use a vape. Anyways they refused to refund my money that I spent on the room.

I would like to apologize that you were not able to be taken care of in a timely fashion. we will be looking into this right away. also our keycard unit did go down on and we are waiting to get it replaced. we hope to be able to make this up to you in the future.
