I booked through Orbitz thinking that they check out these premises before recommending. Thie property is under MAJOR RENOVATIONS. LOBBY had dust and wires all over the place. The ice machine did not work. Room was ok but they put us on the 6th floor and bathtub and sink slow draining water. Do not recommend this until renovations are complete.

Pool & bar were closed for renovation. Remote to the TV didn’t work. The shower drains poorly. Some sheets we got had little stains on them. No vent in bathrooms. Shower head piece loose. Mirror on wall loose.
Nothing unique about the property but it was nicely kept.

The air conditioning didn’t reach below 75 degrees, the mattress had two huge dips in it which caused a serious backache, the tub had an old piece of soap stuck to the side that looked like it has been there for at least a year, their weren’t any tissue besides the last tissue that was made into a flower just placed on top, the shower had barely any water pressure and you froze while showering, the water never got really hot and there wasn’t a blow dryer in the bathroom. Terrible experience
The breakfast is absolutely awful the sausage was dried out the French toast stick were hard on the ends from being over cooked. The shower had hair in it and didn’t drain took like ten minutes after you turned the water off

We were very dissatisfied that we reserved a king room since we are not small or short 62 year olds with serious back issues. Also my husband has restless leg syndrome. We can only rest well on a king-sized bed, but were informed upon arrival that they had overbooked and had to accept a queen room. Upon check-out the manager offered a refund due to the circumstances. That was appreciated but didn't help our backs.
Very noisy, no privacy at all. Front desk is not accommodating, not helpful. Manager is unprofessional, not true to promise to resolve issues with the room. Checked out early due to extreme disturbance but never refund the remaining day.
We chose this hotel based on the 4 star review. Our room: was dusty, the bathroom had no towels, no shower curtain, used shampoo and conditioner bottles were left in the tub, the tub was dirty, the sheets on one of the beds were coffee stained.
