The staff was very cordial and the hotel was decent. The only negative I have is the they state a "continental breakfast". Not so. They are grab a wrapped item and go. Only had small banana danish, apple or orange, an energy bar and the worst 2 choices of a juice,( I could not identify either juice. ) and coffee.

The hotel is in a nice location with very little congestion and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Rooms were clean and organized. HDTV worked great and was a large one - a nice surprise.

This is a no frills, very economical hotel 4-5 miles from the beaches. It's a place to relax after a day of sight seeing. I was there 4 days over a weekend & never saw the restaurant open or the bar. Bring your own breakfast items because the continental breakfast isn't worth going downstairs for it. It's clean, well maintained, staff was always friendly.

Blinds missing in room-front desk notified but not resolved. Very disappointing breakfast. Housekeeping and front desk were nice, would not stay here again

Great staff and welcoming. I was greeted like they know me. Room is nice and pleasant. Food is good for grab and go . Will definitely stay there again. I stay there every week and it is the nicest for the money

Pictures on web look great, but things were not so rosy upon arrival. Had to stand in front of front desk for 10 min before I could be checked in, as manager was busy on phone while arguing with an upset guest demanding a refund. Had to find my room by process of elimination, as there were no numbers on my door. Clock radio did not work. No toilet paper holder. Many Damaged areas in hotel Common areas (upset guests punching walls?) and overall hotel not Maintained well. What should I have expected with a hotel that had Ramen noodles for sale on a shelf behind the front desk? I paid for two nights and just left after the first one. Take my wasted $100 and please put it into the maintenance fund.

I should have given more merit to the negative reviews I read before booking. Stay anywhere but there. - Do not go into hallways marked exit, you will be locked in there, no signs saying "Fire Exit Only" - Jacuzzi tubs do not work - I reserved, after confirming with desk clerk, expecting a "Hot" breakfast... They put up a sign in the elevator at 9pm stating that "Effective Immediately" the kitchen will be closed for remodeling. State inspector showed up the next morning. - No bags in the trash cans in my room, they don't have them. - No communication between hotel workers and the owners, wouldn't even tell me who owned the Hotel. - They would not print off a receipt for me because I "booked thru a 3'rd party" (Orbitz) When I asked to go to the business computer center to connect my lap top to a printer the manager said, "the computer room is not working" I further asked if I could link to the office printer to print off my receipt she stated that that printer did not work either. I have managed to stay in some dives in the past, due to convenience, just off the highway but by far this was THE worst that I have ever stayed in. The staff tried to be nice, but they had no control over management decisions and it was obvious that the management does not communicate in a time efficient manner, otherwise that staff would have told me the kitchen was not going to be open. Heed the warnings about the Marble Waters Hotel.

Well it my experience became better after Orbitz messed up my hotel reservation and my rental car . If it wasn't for the staff at this fine hotel i would have been completely screwed for my stay Corey at the front desk on nights is a life savoir he fixed everything and Mrs. White very lovely lady to talk with and for Brandi she was a darling to talk with and she was very helpful. OVERALL A GREAT PLACE TO STAY

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. This is the second time I have stayed here and have had no problems.

This hotel appears to be nice and fancy from the description and photos, but it is not. At all. Everything in the room was broken or just beat up. I had to slam the door or it didn't close properly, the toilet paper holder and freezer door were broken off and the A/C worked like crap. I had some terrible nights sleep, either cold or hot and almost always humid. The staff are very unknowledgeable and don't know anything about their own hotel. The fitness center looks like a bomb went off and everything is broken, but I'm glad they have some free weights. They claim there's a restaurant in the hotel, which is a big reason I booked this hotel, but it's only open Sunday's for brunch. The pitiful breakfast is "restaurant style", yet is nothing more than pre made scrambled eggs and sausage, the kind of breakfast that is usually self serve. All of which are barely luke warm, yet served by a waitress as if they're pretending it's freshly made to order. Not only that, but if it's busy you'll be sitting there a half hour waiting for this crap breakfast. I really prefer to just serve myself and get going. I have medical issues with vertigo so I avoid elevators. But they kept locking the stairway doors on me, then refused to admit they have keys or are doing it. Why?? There's no reason for this at all! You can't get into the stairwell without going into the lobby first, so it isn't a safety issue on their end. But it is a safety and fire hazard for guests. Garbage hotel.

My experience was so-so. I ended up switching rooms since my phone didnt work. My tv wasnt working and the bathroom toliet was flithy. Once they put me in another room house keeping didnt show up. Also they ran out of coffee for the rooms

Booked this hotel for the jacuzzi tub. I turned the tub on and it had mildew/mold floating in my water. The staff came in to move me to another room and 2.5 hours later still no room change.. I will not ever book here again.. Think twice before booking here..

Hotel was to dark, did not smell good at all , Tv didn't work . Rooms look old . They tried to Switch us to a smaller room , and we demanding our money back , which they did not give back to us . Tried to accuse us of smoking after that and we only been in the room for about 5 minutes ! I do not trust this hotel at all!! DO NOT STAY HERE

Fantastic! We got there early and they let us check in and go to the room.

I booked through orbitz and 200$ for a 4 nights stay. I didn't expect a lot, but it was clean and the staff was helpful. Lower end joint, but great for what you pay for.

Came to Jacksonville for downtown sporting event. Stayed 2 nights. Location is good, midway between Jacksonville and beach area. Hotel was a bit disappointing. The room was adequate. Shower was handicap accessible but leaked all over the floor. The was no soap for shower. The second night we returned to find the bed not made and towels gone. Towels appeared after trip to the front desk but the room never turned over. Breakfast included in room price. No buffet. Order off limited menu. Would stay elsewhere next time.

Staff were friendly. Room and bed comfortable with everything you need. Free wifi and parking. Not located near the airport and the free breakfast was limited.

I booked through orbitz so we ended up with a handicap access room, no problem there. My issue was the handicap accessible shower. Very poor design of the shower, water drains out of shower into the bathroom causing a mess. The shower had no where for you to set your toiletries besides the floor unless it was large enough to put on the handicap railing (I assume a regular room would not even have this railing). As a female there also is no place to prop your foot for the shaving process. I have found these particular issues at other hotels as well. Bed was comfy but needed more pillows or pillows that didn't flatten so much during use. The breakfast was non existent on our visit. Went down at 9am Sunday and the only food we saw was toast. Drink machines had multiple items that were empty.

Nice comfortable beds , very clean , polite & helpful staff , good breakfast & nice location its near a couple of shopping plaza
