The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. That about says it all!

It conveniently located, the area is nice. Staff was friendly. Hotel is outdated. Our room was smelly, like moldy and dog pee. The carpet was old and stained. Bed was comfortable. It’s definitely not worth what they charge for the room. Kind of disappointed. Hotel was sold out so we didn’t have a choice to move to another room.

Cockroaches. Everything needed a coat of paint. The elevator buttons did not light up. The whole place needs a good cleaning and paint. Carpets are old. The room was OK except for a bunch of cockroaches. Lots of neglect here.

Nice area. Room cleanliness. Will stay again hopefully in the near future.

We only stayed here because they were pet friendly. We didn’t have huge expectations, especially if they are pet friendly and there’s bound to be stains. But it was DIRTY! Tub was gross, I wore my flip flops in the shower. Carpet nasty, and sheets had stains or were dirty.

The location was on point, but the conditions of the facility were not up to par.

The hotel is conveniently located but the property needs renovation or more housekeeping. The hallways have a dingy damp smell with dirty carpets. Our room was no better especially the bathroom...dusty and dirty.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. However, tbe cleanliness of this hotel was terrible. The bathroom toilet was filthy amd had what appeared to be mold (or fecal matter). The bedskirts were nasty. The curtain rods in the hallway were hanging off of the wall. The elevator was disgusting as well. Esthetically this location just needs a thorough cleaning altogether. I was very unhappy

Great location! The hotel is poorly managed and maintained. Trash outside and inside the hallways. Mold in bathroom and dirty bath tubs.

I had called laquinta to see if pool, spa and breakfast was available. Was put on hold for 20minutes so I disconnected. Booked hotel. Got there all amenities were closed. I have been staying in Florida for four months with another hotel. All amenities fine. When got to room the tub had no closure had to use facecloth as stopper. Called front desk no help. There were no phone books or restaurant ads in room to help order meal. Fully disappointed in this experience

This property is located in an excellent area for food and easy navigation around the city. Cracker Barrel is directly next-door. Overall the property was mostly clean. Our hotel room which was room 112 the door was all scratched up which we assumed was because they allow dogs. Surprisingly the hallway smelled OK but as you walked down the hallway it sounds like a dog kennel. I had a dog as well so that was not offputting to me but just a warning. Inside of our room was not properly cleaned as there was dog food left from the previous visitor. The bed closest to the window was extremely lumpy with dips and valleys. Overall I am pleased with the experience especially since they do not charge Dog fees. The back door at the end of the hallway was not kept locked during the day so there were some odd situations that have occurred. There is a man on a bicycle with a laptop at the end of our hallway using the Internet which was not staying at the hotel because I talk to him. There were also a few men loitering around the back of the hotel. I never really felt afraid as a single woman but also another warning.

Our room was clean and neat and quite spacious with amenities but outside of the room the halls, entry, and lobby floors were quite dirty. They looked like they had not been vacuumed or swept in weeks. The elevator was quite disgusting. The Hotel has six floors and there was only one working ice machine on the fifth floor. The hotel normally serves breakfast and due to Covid they served absolutely nothing, not even coffee in the lobby. We’ve stayed at this hotel before and were please but will not stay again. It has gone downhill. Another hotel nearby made concessions for COVID-19 with bagged breakfasts and access to coffee in the lobby to replace their buffet. This morning convenience makes a big difference. We will stay there next time.

It conveniently located, the area is nice. Staff was friendly. Hotel is outdated. Our room was smelly, like moldy and dog pee. The carpet was old and stained. Bed was comfortable.
