The room we was suppose to check into was nasty, bathroom dirty, the guest before still had lose change on the table, the room had a high odor of bleach but the room was.still dirty. The cleaning lady accused us of messing up the room and we wasnt even there 2 min before going back to the lobby. Then we just asked for a new room, but we could hear someone in the back being rude so we asked for a refund and left worst experience ever after driving 9hrs from Virginia. My husband has stayed in extended stay for months at a time for work purposes wasnt expecting this level of service we will not be supporting this franchise anymore.

I'm no stranger to Extended Stay hotels. These room have a full size kitchen and comfortable beds. This one is in a great location. Many businesses around. They offer all the utensils and dishes you need. Nice Laundromat.

Roaches were everywhere for a place this expensive. There was feces left by someone else when we checked into the room. Good thing we saw it all over the tiler before sitting. All in all, this hotel is to expensive, the complimentary breakfast is a joke, and the room is filthy!!!!!

When we first arrived the hotel had an odd smell, got checked in quick! The hotel room was clean and spacious. The negative aspects though is that this hotel allowed dogs so there was dogs barking at night. The sofa bed was very old and uncomfortable. The breakfast was only milk and muffins.

No ice machines ( warm tap water for night time!) ; cold showers, no coffee or food at continental breakfast ( at 830am!!!). And let's not forget the part where it was the horrible smell of marijuana when you first step in the building. Won't stay at these hotels again. Worst hotel I've been in hands down

the lobby looks ok, but step in the elevator and you'll want to turn around and check out. Obviously running on a tight payroll and budget, this hotel is run down and depressing.

For the price, this hotel is a good value. It certainly doesn't have the same amenities as other places (24-hour front desk access and daily maid service), but it gets the job done.

the roon was dirty, the kitchen floor actually had a tennis shoe footprint on the floor in dirt...kitchen bathroon floor filthy, sink didnt drain...noise from another room kept us awake two nights, we complained and it was not taken care of and desk person had a bad attitude...i called again and after letting the phone ring 14 times, the girl picked it up and instead of answering hung up in my face.,, i called after 11pm and got another person on the desk who seemed interested in helping and noise stopped...noise sounded like constant walking, dragging furniture around, slamming closet doors, etc....my daughter was on elevator and another guest mentioned that she smelled pot in the elevator all the time and it was worse in the stairwells....two of the maids got into an argument in the hallway and were using the "f" work and the "s" word very loud....

The hotel was good for the price paid. I wouldn't rave about it but it was adequate.

The room was very spacious and relaxing. Our 20 month-old had plenty of room to run around. The hotel is also very close to multiple restuarants. We loved staying here and would do it again.
