Made reservations thru Expedia and had a conformation number. Got here at 11:30 pm after a 6 hour drive and the nucklehead at the desk said all rooms are taken. How can I have a "paid for " room and not have one available? Had to talk to the Manager and he gave us a handicap room. Works for me. Lot's of "questionable" people hanging in the lobby and in the parking lot most of the nite. Did not feel safe at all. This Non-smoking room smelled bad. Not of smoke but a foul smell. No handrail at the toilet (handicapped room) Internet is a joke. 58 Mbps (when it's working) Cable TV has a total of 24 channels No ice machine Front desk said there really isn't any place to eat nearby. After checking in, looked out the room's window we can clearly see I-95 sign with 6 popular resturant chains. Drove around and found dozens of places. Broken toliet seat Nobody at the front desk half the time. Had to wait 15 min. Room phone does not work Maxi-pad on laundry room floor Would not give me a receit at checkout

Clean room, looked like pictures. Friendly staff. No problems or complaints. Safe location. Quiet. Slept without disturbances. Restaurants nearby.

I booked a room on July 29. I checked in and then stepped out. Upon returning I couldn't find parking. I drove all around and there was available parking, but area was too dark due to lighting being out. I squeezed in a parking where it was partially lit up. I got out my car, opened my back door and grabbed some bags when all the sudden I here someone I look up and I'm being approached by 3 males with guns pointed at me. They take all my personal items from my pockets, take my bag etc. Next there were two cars trying to find parking as well. One noticed what was happening and started turning around which startled them. The guys started walking away and I ran around hotel. I couldn't get back in to the hotel. There's a phone for you to speak with clerk, but no one ever answered. One of the cars that noticed what happened was out front and called 911 after 10 minutes police arrive. The clerk then arrived she stated was busy washing clothes or something. She was friendly and seemed worry about what happened

Hotel was very clean and the front desk ladies were extremely helpful and nice

Hotel service was horrible as fast as housekerping. And staff desk were wonderful especially upon entering the hotel. She was very nice and understandable.

grab and go breakfast was coffee and muffin. Good location. No problems.

Staff was awesome. Checkin and checkout process was fast. Hotel and rooms very clean and most importantly everything worked well.

I've stayed at this chain before. I was disappointed there were no dishes included in the price, but all I would have needed was a spoon. If I had needed to stay more than one night it would have been great and less expensive than eating out. Bed was comfortable, heating was great.

First things first let's start with the lone Girl behind the counter. And the only member of the staff we saw all weekend. after checking in we go to the room only to find that there are no utensils no replacement on towels and no room service for our entire stay unless we paid an extra fee. the bed was uncomfortable and lumpy there was a recliner that had looked like somebody was conducting a science experiment on it it was very dirty and stained and did not function the handle was broke so I was unable to extend and legs. when they say grab and go breakfast they mean just that a blueberry muffin in a plastic package with a cup of coffee or maybe an apple and that's all that they have for you. we we chose this room because it was $10 cheaper than a room at a different hotel. we should have paid the extra money.overall I would give this on a scale from 1 to 5 1 1/2 stars.

The air conditioning unit was extremely loud & the room smelled very musty. The floor we stayed on smelled like cigerette smoke. The free breakfast was nothing big and the selection was very slim. Also, I was unaware there was an extra fee for housekeeping. Plus there was not enough parking in the parking lot for all the guests that were staying there.

The only downfall is that if you don't stay a full seven days no room service. Overall, nice area and amazing staff.

People were nice but our room didnt have any towels or toiletries when we checked in. Room didnt even have a pen. Also the pool was at different location.

The room and the shower were dirty. The hair dryer was missing from the room. The halls smelled like stale cigarettes. The staff took smoke breaks in front of the main entrance. I would never stay at this place again. The room was noisy, I could hear the interstate traffic in my room. I mistakenly booked this place, my intention was to book at the other Extended Stay on Lenoir. I will never make this mistake again.

I stayed here once other than this time and both times were amazing staff was really friendly beds were comfortable and rooms were clean!!!

En general estuvo excelente, por el dinero pagado. Mi unica recomendación es que lleven un spray de olor, porque el heater tenia un olor a "guardado" que tuve que cambiar con un spray de olor de fresa. Lo demás excelente!

avoid this hotel. Very horrible experience pay 20 dollars more and get a better room than this dump

I was there playing golf and I was looking for a cheap hotel without being in the hood. For the the nightly rate of 32 a night it was an excellent deal clean comfortable bed and a kitchen. In a nice area and easy access to the main highways. I will stay there again when I come back. LB of DC

Clean, quiet, well stocked and friendly staff. Good rates for what you get. I stay here a night or two every week. Right on hotel row with lots of close eating places.

Local couple looking to spend a night outaway from the house. It was a very nice stay. Very quiet despite being right near the highway. Clean rooms i will be staying here again.

It was a little difficult to find, but no more than the other brandname hotels in the same campus setting. Friendly staff and clean room that was comfortable and had plenty of room. I travel every week and this is a place I'll stay again soon.
