It was nice
Great value though ice maker was broken on our floor and bath soap seems like wafers rather than bars. Couch in room was uncomfortable but bed was great.
Unusually good sound insulation, which I loved. Everything worked well and as expected. People there were very nice. I am trans and never seem to pass, but they were so nice about it, and that set the tone I think for the other guests, who were also very nice and quite diverse themselves. This was a big relief coming into a deeply conservative city in the worst of circumstances (close family funeral). On the slight downside... all the wood surfaces in the room are badly worn and just need a fresh coat of paint, the egg... cubes (?) were tough and not warm at all, no big deal, kinda what you would expect. Oh, and I hope you can drive. Walking is really not an option (no sidewalks that go anywhere, which is too bad, because Broadway is the main drag in Pearland with a lot to offer someone on the sidewalk.
Nice property. Rooms could use more detailed cleaning. There was a raccoon at the entrance door when I was exiting. Definitely startled me and had to take precaution being that the lobby doors open automatically due to motion and take a moment to close. It was canvassing the trash can placed at the door. I appreciated the breakfast, but the eggs were over prepared and smelly. Other than that, I had a good over night stay.
The raccoons in the parking lot
Our room was next to the stairs and we get woken up every time someone walks up or down. The walls are thin and we can hear people talk. During our stay, the hotel had a blackout and we had to checkout early so we don’t freeze in our room with our children. The hotel refused to refund us for the last day. Even though the power outage wasn’t the hotel’s fault, they must have some sort of business insurance to cover for the loss, but we as customers, don’t have this type of insurance. Unfortunately, the hotel still refuse to refund us and there’s nothing we can do. Won’t be staying with this hotel again. don’t recommend.
I did not like that for two weeks I never had someone change my sheets, swap out my towels and the lil sack breakfast was a joke. I had to come down and bring my towels, wash cloths and hand towels to get new ones. The back fence was half up and half just laid over. Looked junky. When I have friends and family come down I will not be recommending this location.
It was close to family that we were visiting, The bed was really comfortable. There was a mini fridge in the room and also a microwave.
The property was peaceful,I didn't like some of the people had their dogs in the eating area during breakfast time, also I couldn't get any sleep because the people was making a lot of noise on the second floor..
This was a clean hotel. The staff was friendly. The hotel was close to shopping and restaurants.
My room smelled like urine and to the staff it was no big deal!!!
The bath tub was not so clean. Hair was on the tub walls.
Hotel was pet friendly, so we were able to travel with our small dog easily.
Really nice staff, rooms location is wonderful and clean
I had no check in issues. Room was clean and comfortable. Love that they don't charge a pet fee.

Hello Dominique, I'm so happy to hear that your stay went well overall. I do apologize for the raccoon issue. I've been working with the city to help resolve any issues concerning the raccoons.

Thanks for the response. I do apologize for any inconvenience you had. Next time please notify the front desk of the noise, so we can move you away from the stairs. The sever cold weather was unpredictable, so many of our guests decided to stay even when the power went out. We have to charge all guests the nightly rate if they decided to stay the full night. However, we did offer 15% off the nightly rate, at that time.
Hello Paul, Thank you for taking the time out and letting us know how we are doing. Thank you for your positive feedback.
