The facet water tasted bitter when I requested bottled water I was told I had to purchase water! When I checked out they refused to give me a receipt. I was told that since I had made my reservation through a tired party I should request a receipt from them!
Everything was just perfect! Loved it. Clean, quiet, comfortable.
Orbitz gave us a stinky smoking room every thing was alright 2nd night was able to get nonsmokiking
I chose the Hampton Inn because of its location and reputation. I made one mistake and that was not to request a room that catered to the disabled. So what was a perfectly adequate room for most people, was somewhat of a problem for me because the bed was a little high, and the toilet was a little low. Next time I'll remember. It was clean. Staff seemed professional. If they have another room with adequate assistance for me, then I will stay there again. I did not have breakfast, but it looked and smelled good.
The hotel fulfilled as per reservation. They provided clean crib for my 3 months old kid and she slept more comfortable. Breakfast so full and awesome. Overall the best stay experience I had so far in Houston
The young man at the front desk asked if we wanted top floor...YES..I've learned from people stomping to always try to get top floor..! He was such a nice young man..!! He called to ask how our room was..EXCELLENT..! Very clean..nice stay..!
The hotel was pretty much all I expected for the value except for a very uncomfortably hard bed that kept me from getting good rest. Otherwise I would have rated the hotel somewhere close to four stars.

Staying at a Hampton or Hilton is always a joy. The rooms are always clean and neat, the staff is always polite and helpful, the grounds are always clean and well kept. No surprises, it is like staying at a friends house, always a pleasure. The hot breakfast was great as always. The breakfast staff was very attentive and helpful. Thanks for another great stay away from home!!

The hotel was very well kept and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was fresh and the attendant kept everything clean and filled. I will stay at this Hampton the next time I visit Texas.
