nothing was good about our stay. two people in a room with only one pillow. one nightstand. no place in the bathroom to put our things. 1/4 roll of toilet paper. this place should have paid us to stay. they will never see us again.

roaches in the room. on the walls and counters. outdated. removed sheets and used ours. next time will pay extra money for a different hotel.

This Extended Stay America in Houston Woodlands was full of roaches. It was horrible. The shower did not work and it was cracked. The toilet was leaking and just plain dirty with stains. The roaches were everywhere. Never again in my life will I stay at an Extended Stay America...especially this one in Houston Woodlands Texas

I had bugs all over the room. It was terrible. The front desk person could not find both rooms that I had booked. And basically did not care to do much research. Only after I told her that I had a receipt for this, then did she look.

I will never stay at an Extended Stay again the room was filled with roaches. I had to constantly spray. To me that's not a clean room I don't care what you do to it. I will not be booking my room through here again. Terrible experience. I am very very unhappy.

The price is fair and the hotel would be och if they would take care of their roach infestation. The roaches are not the large texas water bugs, but the small german cockroaches that can cause disease.

I flew in from out of town on Emergency Business and reserved 2 rooms and wasn't able to check in one room until 2pm (1 hour early other room 3pm). The appearance of the rooms were unpleasant. (Room 1) The floors were not dirty, I could see trash swept in the corners. The toilet in my room didn't work, had to go to the lobby to ask for maintenance 5 mins after being in my room. The beds appeared to have brown ring stains on the comforter and sheets appeared as if they were just pulled up and comforter threw on top. No neatness at all. The freezer had ice so thick we were unable to put anything in the freezer not even a bottle of water. Lamp cord between the beds were cut. No plug. Bed Bugs...(Room 2) Unpleasant smell upon opening the door. Dirty floors, Inside toilet was dirty ring, comforter had a large brown pee like ring stain. Sheets pulled like room 1. Microwave wasn't cleaned completely. Unable to use this freezer as the ice extremely thick couldn't even put a popsicle in this one. Light fixture was hanging from the lamp, I fixed myself. This room Also had Bed Bugs...We all are dealing with several bites on our skin, extremely itchy, swollen, red and sore. Large round circles like ringworms. Horrible experience. It was 100 degrees and the hotel had no ice. I was told no one asks for ice so they don't provide it. I had to buy a bag for it to melt in the sink as we were unable to put it in the freezers...Horrible Horrible Experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Al good except they forgot to clean my room I liked the comfort of the room the most

Room reeked of smoke and smelled like a litter box. Light in bathroom burnt out. Other guest complained about management.

overpriced for what you got rooms not to clean and coke machines were sold out for two weeks staff ok but hotel up keep is on the down side

I booked this hotel for a 5-day conference and stayed only 1 night before checking out the second night due to a terrible experience. The hotel is right off the highway with loud road noise. First night I awoke at 5 AM to loud trucks. I asked to change to a quieter room but they said at capacity, and I had to come back the next day to check availability (would not put me on a waitlist for the next open room). Of course there was no new room the next day. Second night I was working on my laptop and a *ROACH* ran across my desk and up the wall! I killed it and took a picture of it. Other problems: 1) The hotel supposedly has a stocked kitchenette with dishes. Cabinets empty, dishes had to be requested, and I only got a partial set. 2) Room smells strongly of disinfectant. 3) Room chair had disgusting human fluid stains on it. 4) Bathroom sink water tasted like it had been stale in the pipes for months. 5) No shampoo / conditioner. 6) Understaffed, lobby needed security buzzer to After discovering the roach, that was it - found another hotel on Priceline, confirmed with Orbitz I could get a refund and checked out. I showed the receptionist the picture of the roach and said I would check out. Orbitz said they would obtain the refund on my behalf, and not pay the change penalty - the hotel receptionist said Orbitz should call again the next day when a manager was in. They tried at least 3x and the hotel refused to pick up. I still have not received my refund.

The room was infested with cockroaches, the shower ceiling was leaking from the bathroom upstairs. The check in staff was nice enough but the person who checked me out seemed like she was crazy drugged up. All in all a horrible experience.

This place is disgusting. There were cigarette holes in the comforter and a big stain on the shower floor. It smelled like a casino and was very small. The staff was rude and the other guests looked like vagrants. I got my money back and left.

I stayed by myself, so I was not so concerned about comfort and safety. I would never take my wife/family to this one. Maintenance was poor (pealing paint on doors). Cheap furnishings, small rooms, cheap kitchen.

Fire alarms going off during the day and staff coming in the next day making noise to clean AC machine I work night shift and never got any sleep will never return

I arrive late night, I go to my room open the door and the bed was open from the last guest and the room dirty , they give me and smoking room and I reserve no smoking , next day I came after work all day and also the room was unclean and the bed open , I move at 11:00 pm to the confort inn

We are truly sorry for the cleanliness issue you experienced in your room and regret the inconvenience it caused. Our housekeeping staff takes pride in what they do daily and we also have processes in place to double-check each room prior to occupancy by the next guest. We fell short in our processes and are reviewing them so that this does not happen again. Also, our pest control provider has serviced the hotel, and we are working to ensure procedures are being followed to prevent such issues in the future. We are very sorry and please consider staying with us again so that we can make it up to you. Sincerely, Hotel Management
