overpriced for what you got rooms not to clean and coke machines were sold out for two weeks staff ok but hotel up keep is on the down side

I booked this hotel for a 5-day conference and stayed only 1 night before checking out the second night due to a terrible experience. The hotel is right off the highway with loud road noise. First night I awoke at 5 AM to loud trucks. I asked to change to a quieter room but they said at capacity, and I had to come back the next day to check availability (would not put me on a waitlist for the next open room). Of course there was no new room the next day. Second night I was working on my laptop and a *ROACH* ran across my desk and up the wall! I killed it and took a picture of it. Other problems: 1) The hotel supposedly has a stocked kitchenette with dishes. Cabinets empty, dishes had to be requested, and I only got a partial set. 2) Room smells strongly of disinfectant. 3) Room chair had disgusting human fluid stains on it. 4) Bathroom sink water tasted like it had been stale in the pipes for months. 5) No shampoo / conditioner. 6) Understaffed, lobby needed security buzzer to After discovering the roach, that was it - found another hotel on Priceline, confirmed with Orbitz I could get a refund and checked out. I showed the receptionist the picture of the roach and said I would check out. Orbitz said they would obtain the refund on my behalf, and not pay the change penalty - the hotel receptionist said Orbitz should call again the next day when a manager was in. They tried at least 3x and the hotel refused to pick up. I still have not received my refund.

The room was infested with cockroaches, the shower ceiling was leaking from the bathroom upstairs. The check in staff was nice enough but the person who checked me out seemed like she was crazy drugged up. All in all a horrible experience.

This place is disgusting. There were cigarette holes in the comforter and a big stain on the shower floor. It smelled like a casino and was very small. The staff was rude and the other guests looked like vagrants. I got my money back and left.

I stayed by myself, so I was not so concerned about comfort and safety. I would never take my wife/family to this one. Maintenance was poor (pealing paint on doors). Cheap furnishings, small rooms, cheap kitchen.

Fire alarms going off during the day and staff coming in the next day making noise to clean AC machine I work night shift and never got any sleep will never return

I arrive late night, I go to my room open the door and the bed was open from the last guest and the room dirty , they give me and smoking room and I reserve no smoking , next day I came after work all day and also the room was unclean and the bed open , I move at 11:00 pm to the confort inn

I had a week long conference in the Woodlands and the Extended Stay America was the perfect choice in terms of conveinence, comfort, location, and price. The room was spacious and the kitchen allowed me to cook at my leisure. I would definitely stay here again. Very helpful staff.

The hotel smelled horrible, the cable tv only had about 7 channels. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay for more than one day.

Nice friendly receptionist. The room was clean the bed was very comfortable. Really enjoyed the stay.

Great and clean room really enjoyed the stay. Nice and friendly front office.

The stay was great. Room comfort was great and the staff plus manager were a plus. Best of best here. Great location just great

The experience was horrible from beginning to end. To begin with they did NOT have a hair dryer, shampoo but no cream rinse, there were bugs in my room and a cobweb (they came in the room when I was NOT there and WITHOUT my peermission to remove it) so I was being bitten by spiders at night. My curtains had holes in the rubber backing putting bizarre patterns of sun in the room. They only had decaf coffee for my room. In AM they ran out of coffee and most of the amenities by 9:00 even though it is supposed to be until 9:30. I asked them to print something for me and immediately was told they were low on ink. I tried to email something to them but they did not get it because there system doesn't work properly. Was room was non smoking but with a cigarette burn thru the blanket. Generally it was a low class place that was out of everything. They had your money and they kept lying to me about everything saying they are going to remodel. I kept saying what is that doing for me now. Don't stay there unless you want a nightmare. Also, the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE.

Did not get the room that I reserved and the room was as basic as could be. Reserved non smoking king and got smoking full size bed. Staff was of no help during or after the stay. I talked to 2 people about holding the room because of a late arrival but the staff gave the rooms out on a 1st come basis and I ended up with the above. Also, the room didn't seem clean and the lienes were terrible. Would never stay there again and not recommend anyone to. This shouldn't even be a one star hotel.

This hotel was the least expensive within close range to Saint Luke's Hospital where a family member had emergency surgery and a long hospital stay. What a pleasant surprise when the hospital was only 5 minutes away and this hotel was located between airport and hospital. The staff was amazing, always had a smile and polite responses to our questions. A great supermarket is one block away...as well as many fast food restaurants plus several upscale restaurants. The room was clean and everything looked fresh and in good condition, almost like it was recently refurbished. The bed was too firm for me but my husband loved it...and I can't really complain because I did sleep through the night. Lots of towels, a warm blanket on the bed, an extra comfy chair in the room all added to a great experience. If you are looking for value for your $'s, I highly recommend this hotel.

The kitchenette was/is a nice feature providing choices to having to go out for food/drinks. The room is a standard no frills room. Bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. For the price...shouldn't ask for much more. Double check your key cards though because they run on bar time so 10 mins before checkout, the cards to get into the room lock you out...

Small room, but it was nice to have a fridge, stove, toaster, microwave, and clean dishes provided. Couldn't beat the price, I checked, but you do get what you pay for. Small, maybe 20", TV and a moldy kind of smell, but I was only there to sleep and have breakfast, so I didn't really mind.

Was only hotel that was close to the Woodlands Pavilion off of IH45. Very clean, not a lot of floor space, but I was there to rest after concert, not entertaining guest lol. Was perfect for what I was going for.

Very decent hotel it is one of those that have an small kitchen that can be very handy if you need it. Very good price and convenient location.

it was gross with roaches, no maid service, stains all over, no swimming pool
