Parking is way too expensive. Hotel served it's purpose and was in a prime location

The property is quite run down.

The location is excellent. However, everything else was less than expected. I arrived at 11PM and it was very hard for me to realize that the parking was located in the back. There is a very small alley, which had a small sign to indicate that I was supposed to drive down the alley to get to the parking, but at 11PM and having drunk people from the bar next door, stand in the alleyway, I was unable to find the parking. I circled the street 6 times. After a tiring 6 hour flight, having the trouble of finding parking, was really frustrating. I had to emergency park in a spot that I was not allowed to park at. The staff were really friendly and told me where the parking was. I would recommend to make the sign better and more visible. The condition of the hotel was more similar to that a motel. It was clean, but it was nothing fancy. The curtains default to being open and the room is visible to neighbors. Kind of awkward when don't realize that people can see you walking around half dressed.

They offered beach chairs and towels. I was also lucky that someone had left an umbrella behind so i was also offered to use that for the day.

It was a great location. We were upgraded to a 2bedroom,the room was large and clean with a great city view and the staff was friendly. I would definatly stay there again.

We had a total of 12 family members, Two rooms, each with two bedrooms and a nice size living room with a pull out sofa bed. Bathroom was very generous in size.Nice size kitchen with amenities. Had towels for the beach and even accessories for the beach. We weren’t looking for luxury, just nice clean and comfortable and it exceeded our expectations.

Nice gem in Waikiki and within my budget. The A/C worked well and it was clean upon check in.

The room was spacious and staff was very friendly.

The beds are really uncomfortable and the carpet was stained.

The staff is friendly and the hotel has a good location but the rooms are small, dirty and very old. The patio is full of bird poop. The street is very noisy. On my last night I woke at 5am being bit by a cockroach. When I told the receptionist, it felt like that was pretty normal over there. I don’t recommend.

Very close to the beach and shopping. Easy access and friendly staff.

this is an old hotel, that is providing good rooms for the price. We didn't complain once over the nit-picky stuff below because it was a great deal. 1. VERY large room - bed comfortable, sheets clean. MINIMAL furniture. 1 king bed, 1 (yes 1) nightstand, desk and chair. I pulled the chair over for a 2nd night stand. Balcony was large with two chairs and table and a side view of the mountains - otherwise just the buildings in front of us. 2. cleaning crew did great every day. though absolute minimal on towels. 2 bath, 2 hand, 2 washcloth - but we made it work. Minimum on coffee packs - but good quality. hotel shampoo decent brand and they included body wash. 3. resort fee paid for what? maybe use of towels for beach? Concierge? minimal requirements for these items by anyone. on our next to last day a concierge asked (as we were walking out) if we received our welcome packet. I just laughed because a. it was our next to last day so what good would it do, and b. what welcome packet?? We did receive two coupons for free drinks at Legends, meh. 4. Check in was fantastic, they let us check in early. elevators were quick to respond. they had ice water and coffee downstairs in the morning. 5. We chose to cancel our rental car after we read other reviews about the difficulty parking there and still having to pay daily parking fees. We put some miles on our feet and uber'ed wherever else we needed to go. That worked out better and saved some additional coin.

Our experience was wonderful and amazing thanks for you hospitality
