The beds are really uncomfortable and the carpet was stained.

The staff is friendly and the hotel has a good location but the rooms are small, dirty and very old. The patio is full of bird poop. The street is very noisy. On my last night I woke at 5am being bit by a cockroach. When I told the receptionist, it felt like that was pretty normal over there. I don’t recommend.

Very close to the beach and shopping. Easy access and friendly staff.

this is an old hotel, that is providing good rooms for the price. We didn't complain once over the nit-picky stuff below because it was a great deal. 1. VERY large room - bed comfortable, sheets clean. MINIMAL furniture. 1 king bed, 1 (yes 1) nightstand, desk and chair. I pulled the chair over for a 2nd night stand. Balcony was large with two chairs and table and a side view of the mountains - otherwise just the buildings in front of us. 2. cleaning crew did great every day. though absolute minimal on towels. 2 bath, 2 hand, 2 washcloth - but we made it work. Minimum on coffee packs - but good quality. hotel shampoo decent brand and they included body wash. 3. resort fee paid for what? maybe use of towels for beach? Concierge? minimal requirements for these items by anyone. on our next to last day a concierge asked (as we were walking out) if we received our welcome packet. I just laughed because a. it was our next to last day so what good would it do, and b. what welcome packet?? We did receive two coupons for free drinks at Legends, meh. 4. Check in was fantastic, they let us check in early. elevators were quick to respond. they had ice water and coffee downstairs in the morning. 5. We chose to cancel our rental car after we read other reviews about the difficulty parking there and still having to pay daily parking fees. We put some miles on our feet and uber'ed wherever else we needed to go. That worked out better and saved some additional coin.

Our experience was wonderful and amazing thanks for you hospitality

We arrived at 3am and the staff take too long to process us. I've already given my credit card, can we just show our ID and go up to our room? Also, we had two separate rooms and because something was wrong with one of them, they put us in an apartment. The whole point of having two rooms was so I could sleep without the others snoring and waking me. I did not appreciate the assumption of an apartment as a good alternative. Then to do final check out, I asked to pay because we had to leave at 5am. The guy took FOREVER!! I was hungry, it was 7pm. I didn't think it would take that long, but my goodness. He also did not explain in a very clear way what happened with our bill. It was a mess.

Floor room a bit dirty , stuff is nice friendly location is good

I don’t think this hotel is safe. It has mold and it is very dirty. I didn’t have a choice but to stay because it was late. The showers had soap scum and the window to the balcony had greasy hand prints like they never clean. It smelled musty and the bed was as hard as the floor. Please save your vacation and go elsewhere. They wanted to over charge us for everything. 30$ Daily parking is not included as advertised. There was this loud shipment trucks that keep passing by to drop off merchandise that woke us up. It is very loud area. If you are like me and care most about cleanliness, then look elsewhere immediately.

My room 214 had an ant infestation. Got in late on our first night and left a McDonald’s bag on the dining room table and when we woke up ants were all over the table and bag. They were also in the room on the night stand. Other than that we were content with our stay. Look out for hidden fees, we paid an extra 200 dollars at check out.

the staff was very happy an very helpful in helping with setting up our excursions. always friendly

Old hotel with dated rooms. Carpet really dirty and smelly. There’s mold a little bit everywhere. Curtains riped, glass doors hard to slide. You pay the amenities fee but you don’t really know why cuz no service provided or renovation around. There’s a bar downstair sor it’s really loud till 2am. Not relaxing at all. Staff are chill but a little bit incompetent. The only good thing about this place is the location.

Hotel was just across street from Int'l Marketplace....close to everywhere you want to be: beach, shopping, great restaurants. I checked in to Standard Room - it was a little sad....no lanai. But Harry at front desk was excellent in getting me an upgraded room with a lanai (extra $10/nt). Huge room! and huge lanai with city view. The hotel is somewhat basic....but quite clean and good location. No waits for elevators! which was a pleasant surprise, from other hotels I've stayed at in Waikiki. No pool here...but fine if you prefer the beach anyway. Overall I would consider staying here again because of the price and location (I would NOT stay in the Standard Room again but would choose bigger room with lanai).

Hotel is ok for short stay but not a great one. Watch out for several fees and other charges they tack on to your bill including parking, WiFi and hotel fees. they also charge you dvd rental even if you do not use that at all. Not happy with all the useless extra charge they put in your bill. Staff are ok but the facility is surely noisy and rooms are not very comfy. Unlikely that we would come here again.

Small, old room with mismatched lamps and a loud AC unit over the beds. The window faced an open walkway and parking lot, with jealousy windows that let in the sounds of passers-by. The noise combined with the hard beds made for rough sleeping during our week’s stay. We were surprised since there were so many glowing reviews; I can only assume they stayed in another part of the hotel that has been renovated.
