Parking costs $60 per day, and there was an additional $50 daily charge that was not communicated to us in advance. We were also not informed until the day we checked out that chairs were available to borrow from the front desk. We wish these details had been clearly explained to us from the first day of our stay. Overall, the experience was just average, and unfortunately, we do not plan to return to this hotel in the future

When I booked through Expedia, it said complimentary Valet Parking. When I got to the venue it was charing $60 a day parking plus tax and had to pay $300 out of pocket for parking. I would have booked a different hotel with parking included if that was the case. I felt completely blind sided and the hotel blamed Expedia saying that booking through a third party means inaccurate information. Also, our room had spiders because my daughter and husband woke up with multiple spider bites on their legs.

The atmosphere of the outside of the hotel is very beautiful. But we had the best room on the penthouse which I’m not even sure I would call a penthouse. It’s pretty tiny and we had a beach of view. That was OK. It wasn’t another spectacular. We had a check in a whole Nother night just cause our flight left so late. We had some complications with staff on that. They never spoke to us about having to update our cards and then treated dislike criminals and wanted us, escorted up to our room to get mighty and credit card that was locked in the safe. I didn’t like that they do have the best peanut butter cookies to die for but other than that I feel like renting the best room that they have they should’ve offered us more amenities. I asked them to do things for our anniversary, like putting out flowers and things like that and they were unwilling to do so.

Nice room, super nice (and helpful) staff, beach chairs and towels available (free!) for beach (about 2 blocks away), Dominos Pizza connected to hotel for an easy/cheap dinner!

Room was clean and staff was attentive. Only thing for me was pictures online do not fully match what you get. For example ocean view is there but old buildings as well.

It was amazing the staff twas very nice and hotel is walking distance to the beach and family and I enjoyed it very much and free breakfast is also a plus overall we enjoyed our stayed.
