This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house has a nice and airy feel with a pool overlooking the marsh. It has 4 flatscreen TV's with a relaxing living area. With beautiful bike trails along the island. All the shopping, dining lighthouse with plenty of water sports located just moments away.
Located almost directly across from the house is a pond in which you can bring your own fishing equipment and give it a cast.
