Older refurbished hotel. Very basic. Near beach which was nice. One thing that would be nice is a small recliner in room instead of the uncomfortable chair. We were also disappointed that the tv had limited stations. No espn! A basic hotel that was good price near beach. Also dog friendly.

This is one of the best places I have stayed at Hilton Head. We go about every four months down there, and I was looking for something new (to us). Very close to the beach free parking. I felt safe. The staff were so nice and accommodating. I was surprised at the reviews, but I still wanted to try it after looking at the location and pictures. Spark was the same price as the one we previously used for the same price. People definitely need to check this place out. You will not be disappointed.

Don't let the Hilton name fool you. This motel (not a real hotel) is not much better than a Motel-6. Clean, but musty smelling and the AC was set to 60 degrees, so was very cold (probably to help mask the smell). Very limited breakfast options and what they did have was questionable quality.

Property is in great shape, with constant upkeep. Spark team members take pride in their property. Very clean and staff are super helpful. Would like more fresh fruit variety for breakfast. Parking can be a challenge at times. A great place to stay, as very convenient for cycling alternatives, easy beach access. One big wish would be for Spark to negotiate for guests to use the onsite pickleball courts sitting their always empty. We used to use the courts when it was a Best Western. Thanks for a great stay!

Roshan was amazing! We had a great stay even though it was only for one night in Hilton Head. Roshan gave us great recommendations for restaurants and fun places to go. The only complaint is that the floor in the bathroom was a little sticky. We would definitely stay here again!

The only complaint I have is the laundromat not working :( the dryers both don’t work and require $3 in quarters which feels a bit much, especially given the clothes didn’t dry :( other than that the staff, room condition, cleanliness, and overall experience was amazing. 9/10

The rooms are very basic (tiny fridge, no coffee maker or microwave). But the beds are comfortable, the rooms clean, and the location convenient (although a little tricky to find). The breakfast was basic (no serving trays with hot food) but there was a nice variety of breakfast options (yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs, muffins, etc). We felt the price of the room was very reasonable.

Excellent electric vehicle charging options. Clean room, room attendants do an excellent job. They do need to attend to some disrepair on bottom of doors and seal on outside doors. Breakfast, lobby, location, all great. Smart TV great.
