Great rental!!

An amazing location!!! Shopping and restaurants close, fantastic beach access and very nice pool. The only recommendation I would make is to upgrade the mattresses, too stiff.

Great location. With minimal investment in the condo, this could be a 5 star unit.

The location on HH is perfect for a family. The unit looks out over the ocean, and because of its location in the building you also look over the pool, but it is not front and center. The Tiki hut is next to the resort, so live music is ever present through the evening if you sit on the balcony. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. We had a very good experience, however a few thousand dollars to upgrade the condo would make it a 5 star destination for families and would likely keep it booked non stop. I would recommend all new paint. Remove the old smelly carpet and replace with a hard surface like luxury vinyl flooring. New dishes and flatware instead of the mismatched and chipped dinnerware. And all new mattresses. The unit was not properly deep cleaned… and I will leave it at that. However…. This was all an acceptable trade off for the location and the view of the ocean from the balconies each morning.

Great location

This was the perfect spot for our group close to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, we could walk to it all in 8 minutes. Rented bikes and did trails near by just perfect and the weather was awesome.

TOTAL relaxation

The location of the unit was absolutely PERFECT! The unit was as stated. Some of the decor is dated, but is easily overlooked. The view from the balcony was amazing. It provided a great space for breakfast, remote work, reading or simply watching the waves. We only gave cleanliness 3 stars due a few small things we came across during our stay. They did not require notifying management as we were able to take care of them ourselves. Coligny Beach has become more crowded over the years. We chose to rent chairs and an umbrella from the life guards! So they were set up for us each day. We would definitely visit this unit again!

Spring trip to HHI

Condo was clean and spacious, somewhat dated. Floor lamp did not work in guest bedroom, so very dark. Twin beds not very comfortable, but all in all a great place to stay. Living room furniture very comfy. Kitchen with lots of cabinets. Location was perfect. Ocean One great!

Location, Location

Ocean One is the best location if visiting HHI. Our condo was perfect. Overlooking pool and beach with plenty of space for 6. Easy walk to shops, eating, grocery and beach. Pool and property is maintained very well and having a night security guard added peace of mind. We will be back soon.

Family Vacation in Hilton Head

My wife and I rented this property and stayed with our three daughters (7, 9, 11). It is in a good location. The views are great and the proximity to the pool and beach is very good.

Last minute get away

Great location. Steps to the pool and beach. Retail and dining are a short walk or bicycle ride away. If you want fresh jumbo shrimp cross Forest and head south just a few steps. This stand also has peaches and tomatoes. Better prices than the grocery stores. We would book again.
