This 2nd floor newly renovated two bedroom, two bathroom Beachside Tennis unit provides beautiful water views and is conveniently located in the trendy South Beach area of the renowned Sea Pines Plantation.
The living room features a sofa, loveseat, a comfy leather armchair, flat screen TV and two walls of windows with two slider doors opening to a wraparound balcony.

The formal dining area offers a nautical feel with a wooden table with six distressed chairs. There is also additional seating at the kitchen bar.
The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and updated cabinetry.

The master bedroom features a king bed, mounted flat screen television and sliding glass door leading to the deck and with breath-taking ocean views. The attached bathroom offers a granite, double sink vanity and shower/tub combination.

The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds, a mounted flat screen television and a sliding glass door with access to the deck that overlooks the pool with views of Calibogue Sound. This room has a private bathroom that mirrors the master bath.

For larger parties, this Beachside Tennis Hilton Head villa rental features another renovated and updated unit next door at #1869 Beachside Tennis, depending on availability.

Guests at Beachside Tennis villas enjoy free tennis at South Beach Racquet Club upon request.

Great long weekend with family

Great condo. Very convenient to the beach, tennis, pool, and South beach village. All within easy walking distance. The condo was immaculate and the kitchen was very well stocked. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats and dolphins go by in the sound. Would definitely rent this place again.

Really enjoyable family getaway!

We had a great time! The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was super easy to access + beach - perfect for our young kids. And easy walk to South Beach Marina. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional, best sunset views!

We've been traveling to HHI many years, stayed in many locations. This was by far the best! I can't believe all these years of beautiful sunrises, I didn't realize we missed the GORGEOUS sunsets. The unit itself was very clean, comfortable, easy access and great location. There were absolutely no issues when arrived and we will be back soon :) Thank you!!

Fantastic Relaxing Stay

Beautiful unit in a great location

We loved staying here. The location is perfect, right on the water and the pool's location is convenient. The unit is well-laid out and well-appointed. Two things to consider, the wifi could be faster, for sure, and the washing machine is finicky, but those two things does not detract from the pleasure of staying here.
