I liked the staff, and the property is emaculate. I wish there was a microwave and a robe or two inside the room, the microwave is available upon request so no worries there. Other than that place was great and the man that was cleaning staff was an absolute gentleman with him simply asking if we enjoyed our stay while we were leaving in the elevator, he didnt really need to care to ask, and that lind of thing makes me warm inside lol 😀. Thank you Double tree and staff!

My stay was an overall good experience, housekeeping woke me up twice when they wanted to get in and clean the room prior to me leaving. I had breakfast at the restaurant and the meal was nice, but there was only one other table that my server was taken care of and I waited 15 minutes for a coffee refill that never happened so I went and filled my coffee cup myself from the pot behind the bar. I’m not sure what other responsibilities the server had at that time but it Seems like attending the customers should’ve been a priority.

I booked a one bed king size room online and check in was smooth. I went to see the room after I was checked in and it was a small room with 2 queen size beds. I went back to the front desk and asked why I was given a totally different room then what I booked and she proceeded to tell me that the room l booked was not available. If it wasn’t available then it wouldn’t have allowed me to book the room online. I say that because I tried booking a suite and as soon as I tried to book it , it sold that fast. That tells me that what she told me was incorrect
