The hotel was close to all of the main attractions but-the property description was not what I expected. The common areas and rooms did not smell clean. For such a prime location, it could use some paint and upgrades to its facilities.

Breakfast was decent. The room was clean and comfortable except for the bathroom. There was hair in the towels and in the tub. There was open access to the elevator and stairs although was supposed to be guest only with card access. We noticed non guests using the pool.

Moldy rooms, lazy staff, just a terrible place

The staff was very lazy and downright rude. Our room was covered in mold in the bathroom, the stench was overwhelming, the door knob did not work properly and was broken, I notified the staff and was told to just shove the door harder (I have video of this). The parking lot was dark and dangerous. The entry doors from the parking garage were also broken. Anyone and everyone had access to the hotel from the parking garage. On our last night in this dump I was packing my car early and the doors to the main lobby had been broken. The breakfast was served cold and the staff had buckets requesting TIPS. This place is nothing like it’s advertised. It’s filthy, trashy, and downright disgusting. I would recommend a tent on the beach before this wretched place.

No fridge or microwave, which are an accustomed extra I guess. Vallet was nice. Room was super tiny but nice. Clean though the rest of the hotel could have been a spec cleaner. Hotel staff was friendly and nice.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent, almost nothing in the room worked, the hairdryer, or the phone to call the front desk. The balcony door was impossible to open, and the room keys deactivated every day we were there. Nothing bad, but could have been better.
