Great location right across from the sea wall and close to everything in Galveston. Staff was prompt with checkin and there is lots of parking in the garage and back. The room and particuarly the bathroom was the letdown. Lots of blood! Blood on the door, splattered on the wall under the sink and on the toilet. It was not clean. We were only there for one night so used hand sanitizer to wipe down touchpoints and spent minimal time in there. Someone had dropped some popcorn on the walkway in the afternoon and when we returned to our room after dinner the popcorn had not been swept up and was covered in roaches. Terrifying to have to walk by that to get to our room.

It is a horrible experience from the start. After a long drive to our vacation destination, after checking in at the front desk, the elevator wasn’t working so getting a cart to carry our stuff to the fourth floor room was not an option. I had to carry a cooler, two pieces of luggage, a laptop bag, two camera bags, etc up the stairs to the fourth floor. Once we arrive at the front door, both keys weren’t working. We call the front office and requested a new set of keys. The hotel clerk instructed us to come downstairs to the front desk to reprogram the keys. I ask my wife to go to the front desk while I waited with our belongings to ensure our belongings are safe and not stolen. Well, four floors later, my wife finally got to the front desk and the clerk told her that the door key/card reader battery needs replacement so they have to switch our rooms. They ended up giving us a room with two queen-size beds, facing the opposite side of the beach not even relevant to what we paid for. We booked a king-size, beach/pool view facing Seawall Blvd. When we finally got situated, we later found out that the refrigerator wasn't working. I went to look for the ice machine on the fourth floor but the ice machine there wasn't working. I walk downstairs to the third floor and the ice machine there wasn't working either. I walk down to the second floor and finally got ice. The same day we went out and about and ended up back at the hotel just to find out that both of our keys for the new ro

The property itself was a little outdated. I wish they would have updated the hair dryers, furniture and of course the air conditioning unit. Bathroom / shower was ok. One big plus👍♥️ there was NOT that stinky carpet flooring in the room. Breakfast was in their sister hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good short stay.

It wasn’t worth the money, there were stains on the doors and door jams, there were stains under the lamps, the remote was all taped up. The sheets and bedding were thin and the bed was hard

Very close to beach, restaurants, peer, supermarket. Room was clean. Facilities needs a good cleaning and around building and stairwell.

Great little property, comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff, safe neighborhood. It checked all my boxes then some.

Nice location, needs updating. Hope they repair elevator, smells like oil and jumps on arrival. They warn you the pillows and towels have sensors, weird welcome. You won’t spend a lot of time in your room so go for it if get a good price.

Did not know that Breakfast was not included due to COVID-19 renovating.

Very pretty hotel and grounds. Ac blew cold, water was hot and had great pressure. WebSite pic over-exaggerated room size and the pool size. No one ever came to offer to collect used towels, change sheets and empty trash. Out of 4 floors of this large hotel only 1 floor had an ice machine that worked and not all the time. The beds were so hard it was like sleeping on the concrete parking lot. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others planning to stay more than 1 night.

BREAKFAST SO JANK I NEVER SEEN BEFOR LIKE THIS IN USA BAD EXPIREANCE

It was dirty, trash everywhere, was there for 6 nights, room was never cleaned, had to beg for TP and clean towels, staff was rude and loud especially in the mornings. The ice machine was always empty and elevators either broken or sliw

Right by the water. Property was pretty run down needs deep cleaning in room. Bathtub floor cracked. Asked employee to have room cleaned he referred us to front desk and we asked them and they said would be done. While we were out all day Saturday Room was not serviced. They are charging Peak season prices without the property to back it up.

We stayed in room 521 and loved it, quiet, easy to access from stairs or elevator. Covered parking! The Beachfront Palms had a great outdoor area with a pool, and relaxing pool side chairs & picnic area!

Not clean, walls were paper thin.

my family enjoyed the pool the room was nice and clean staff was nice checking in and checking out. No problems no concerns.
