Bed was hard. Cockroach in the bathroom. Breakfast is muffles, oatmeal, coffee … but no breakfast due to them forgetting to order. Old bitter coffee. If you accept this then okay for a place to arrive late, sleep and then move on.

The room was pretty awful, with a hole in the vanity sink and a kitchen sink misaligned with the countertop. It wasn’t clean and had paint stains on the floor and bathtub. Breakfast was stretching it, there was only coffee, small packaged muffins and oatmeal packets. Swimming pool was drained in July.

The staff never even had blankets for my pullout bed the whole day and I was there for a week somebody died or where there was a domestic dispute while I was there, so there was lots of cops and ambulances there one of the days all around very unpleasant experience.

It’s ok but not really was great until some forgot about a hot dog in the microwave and the smoke alarm went off. The stall kicked us out the first of our 3 day trip and fire alarm went off for hours said the fire dept shut off. Could have been a great trip but the staff ruined it.

I real.\n Ly liked that the hotel had a full size refrigerator and a small stove top think that was very amazing. However, I didn't like some stuff that I don't have at, I can't do that for you coming later, my room was missing a blanket and it took him 3 nights or almost 2. To get me a blanket other than that, you know, you always have to deal with, you know, neighbors that are messy and he left a bunch of beer cans and garbage outside my door and his door so I thought that was very disrespectful.\n But other than that, everything was good.

Honestly, this place wasnt as crappy as I was expecting from the reviews. That being said, the bed is a rock, the fridge in our room was crazy loud so we had to unplug it, and the equipment in the "gym" didnt work, and one of the exterior doors wouldnt open with the key, and our tub didnt drain. No pee smell in the stairwell tho, or homelss people that we saw

This was an overall terrible experience. Although this is an Extended Stay America, where guests are generally expected to cook their own meals, the room did not even include a frying pan or cooking pan. When we asked for a hairdryer, the front desk told us they had run out and that one might be available the next morning. Unfortunately, we were checking out that morning, so that wasn't helpful. The next morning, we went for the complimentary breakfast before 9:30 a.m., only to be told that everything was already gone because breakfast is served on a first-come, first-served basis. There was nothing left. I booked this hotel for a visitor from overseas, and it was embarrassing that their stay turned out to be such a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
