Hotel failed to provide transportation. After an hour of waiting I called back and the staff said the van driver went home and I should take an Uber.

The staff were all really great. Only complaint is that finding the shuttle from the airport was impossible.

The phone system to call front desk didn’t work. Tried to call the bar to order food and was told the phones don’t work. Other than that the beds are hard. A lot harder than you would think a Marriot would have. But it was a nice room.

No hot water

I was told it was a renovated room but when we got upstairs the carpet was really stained in several places. I bypassed that but when we went to shower the shower was clogged. It was already 10pm and we were tired after a 14 hour trip. It just sucked that we had to shower and stay in a puddle of our own dirty water and then some.

We didn’t get our room cleaned because they thought we were checking out when we had 1 more night. The hotel restaurant was closed due to a plumbing problem. Don’t think we should have had to pay full price for stay.

the M-lounge was not open on the weekends - and the restaurant had very slow service. otherwise nice hotel!

Cleanliness, promptness, and kindness of staff. Price a bit high, but that would be only complaint.

All was good except for the Food is pricey and not the greatest. Milk and Yogurt sat out and not on ice or refrigerated.cantelope and melon is not in season. No flavor. Pineapple was great! Buffet food was awful...mexican buffet. Receptionist wasnt friendly Loved the shuttle driver....very nice and funny!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The lobby was nice, bright , and open. The customer service from check-in to check-out was on point. Everything was beautiful. The room was great and the bathrooms were very modern, it even had a handshower and high end fixtures. The king room was open and uncluttered. I was able to workout in the open space of my room. There was a nice fitness center as well, the biggest I have seen in a hotel. The room service choices were sufficient for in room dining. I did not get a chance to visit the pool on this trip. I loved the location close to everything and easy access via highways. I will stay here again!

We didn’t get our room cleaned because they thought we were checking out when we had 1 more night. The hotel restaurant was closed due to a plumbing problem. Don’t think we should have had to pay full price for stay.
