L I just wish there was a microwave in the rooms, aside from that my stay was great!
I travel all over the world and use many hotels, for the price that I paid I was expecting a lot better place the room was just OK the furniture was worn and the breakfast even though it was just $15 was the worst breakfast I have had in a long time. Powdered eggs tasteless potatoes and bacon some fruit and generic muffins. Maybe I'm spoiled but when someone says buffet I am expecting fresh food not out of the box.

I don’t have that stands out to me. I stayed there before about 3yrs ago and I love it that’s why I came back. It’s very different now. We asked for a queen bed room, but the beds were more like a full size bed we were constantly bumping into the corners of the bed because the mattress was too small for the queen frame. And no microwave in the room. We had to go out to the lobby and stand in line to use the microwave. No ice machine on the first floor only on the 2nd 3rd and fourth floor very inconvenient, and the bathroom door doesn’t slide all the way close leaving you feeling exposed.
Property was hard to find off the highway and hidden behind construction. When we asked for help finding the property late at night and in the dark, this was not stated and we passed the hotel. This is not an easy thing for someone not familiar with the area. No services were available in a State that is supposedly open. No shampoo and when requested it was ignored. Won’t be booking this property again.

Our stay was great! The hotel is within a few minutes of all attractions in Southlake.
The hotel itself is very nice and well located. But the bed was very uncomfortable. They should change the mattresses.
