The hotel is under construction/remodeling, so early in the morning there was this extremely loud noise right above our room, it was a machine removing tile. You could actually hear it anywhere in the hotel. There is no warning in their page, and the front desk referred that the management doesn’t want to put a warning about construction so they don’t loose business. The room was few dollars cheaper if I had booked it with the hotel directly but it was adding over $90 dollars in taxes, so I booked through Orbitz and the taxes were only $30.
They were working on the hotel and it was very noisy.
It was clean and nice and great location to everything have been here twice and will go back again sometime!

We had a great time, wish the bathroom had a blow dryer though.

The hotel was wonderful and the location is awesome close to shop's, movie theatre, and a foodie haven! This is a great area of Texas looking forward to going back already!
We have been to the Hilton several times but only to eat in their restaurant Copeland's. The room was very nice and clean. I was somewhat surprised to see the folded bath towels sitting on the toilet tank lid. From a hygiene standpoint, I would have preferred they were on a shelf above and away from the toilet. The bath counter space was very minimal and we had to keeping putting items in bags and taking them back out to get ready. Please find someplace else for the towels and make the counters just a little bit longer.
We got a chance to get away for our anniversary and love this hotel because of its convenient location. So many stores, restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance. The staff sent complementary champaign and chocolate- covered strawberries to our room for the occasion. Everything was clean and in great shape. We'd definitely stay here again!
Chris was the first to greet us at the front desk and he was awesome. He made us feel really welcome and was attentive to our needs. Emily(one of the managers) was equally fantastic. We were first time Dallas visitors and she guided us on some things to do and experience during our stay. Thanks Hilton Southlake!!
Easy checking in ....great and fast valet parking! Room was great and the bed was comfortable!
