I forgot my charging cord and the front desk girl loaned me hers until the next day and I returned it the next time I saw her. I tried to buy one, but they were not available in the hotel. Very unusal for an employee to loan anything to a stranger.
Due to Covid we were unable to stay here but the hotel was unwilling to refund our money. We were quite disappointed.

Great for quick overnight stay. The breakfast was honestly delicious! A little dark in the bathroom, but really no big deal for our trip.
When I checked in the lady was very nice. It was quick and easy. When we went to our room 505 I always check the bed and bathroom to see if they are clean or not. When I flipped over one of the pillow there was a bug. It didn't appear to be a bed bug but more of a beetle. My nose had already started running just from being in the room I guess. I looked up the type of bug and apparently they are known for causing problems with allergies. The mini fridge was also making a loud buzzing noise. I went down and asked for a different room which the man helped and was very nice about. When we got to the new room 219 I looked around and everything looked clean and no visible bugs anywhere. It wasn't until later when I went to open the curtains I noticed a lot of red stains on them. The carpet was also stained. We only were staying the night and leaving early the next morning so we dealt with it. In all the hotel seems very out of date, the hallways are warm and musty. I feel bad for the cleaning ladies it must be like working in a sauna. The rooms seem very dark and out of date as well. The breakfast was not bad, at least it wasn't in a brown bag like some others. I wouldn't stay at this location again due to the issues mentioned. The back door is also unlocked so anyone can walk in without a key. I just think that it is very unsafe for the guests to have the door unlocked like that.

Liked the separate sitting area with the couch and the desk in another part of the room. Went there to write and loved all my options for when I got restless and needed to move to a new spot. The restaurant across the street was amazing
Floor was dirty.. put in another room where all fixtures did not work.
Our rooms AC didn’t work and there was no hot water. We stay at this location often and this time we were disappointed
