Great Location for walking to restaurants and taverns. My only gripe is the parking we chose Valet, We didn't see any offsite available parking. When I received the bill it was 83.35 per night with Tax, I tipped the drivers so 93.35 a night to park. So buyer beware, Other than that, we had nice clean rooms, and the staff was nice. Happy Travels

I am content with my stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and so was my room. However, I'm very disappointed our room was by the ice machine. It's all I could hear all morning. Additionally, I'm disappointed with valet parking being the only option plus the $30 fee. I didn't see that when I booked with Orbitz. The text should have been bolded and the parking information sent in the confirmation email. In the morning, after check out, there was a very long line for the valet. We should've been told there's a wait or delay in the morning's to prepare in advance.

It was hot the ac didn’t work and our tv didn’t work

I really liked the location of the hotel. I was very upset that check in is 3 and they didn’t have a room for until 5 and my friends didn’t get a room until 8:30 and we both had reservations. Also when asked for water they wanted to charge. I thought that was rude considering we were waiting for our room to be available. The least they could do is us a bottle of water.

we usually love this hotel. its next to our favorite bar downtown. we felt it would be safe to stay given the extra precautions advertised. unfortunately we encountered many people within the hotel lobby and elevators with no masks and no staff around to enforce. dirty mask was in the floor of the elevator upon checkout. valet was full too so it was an extra 40$ to park down the street.

Location was great, near local bars and restaurants. Was not a fan of no fresh sheets or towels. I stayed 4 days with no cleaning staff able to enter my room to clean or supply fresh towel. Other then that I liked hotel.

I did not get the pleasure of staying on the property due to me being walked to another property. This survey does not apply to me. I will say this, Rebecca at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Downtown, was amazing with the whole situation. She found another property for us to stay in no charge, but I would have liked to know that I had to cover another night at the other property due to me thinking that I already had paid for it. Plus I was not expecting to pay almost one and a half the price of the new property.

Nice & clean. Cleaned very well. Masks on everyone.

We didn’t check in until around 530ish which was very easy. The temperature in the room was near 80 degrees when we got in there took forever to cool down. We had to be up at 4am. After shower this morning, found that the hair dryer didn’t work so nonetheless I was NOT HAPPY. Had to leave with wet hair. I know it’s just a small thing but when you pay 92 dollars for an overnight stay you expect better. Shame on you mariott

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your stay and overall experience with us. I first would like to apologize for not completely meeting your expectations in your booking with us. I can understand the frustration of being across from the ice machine and it being disturbing. In some cases- such as the day that you stayed with us-we are completely sold out and do have to utilize all of our guest rooms, some of those being in more quieter areas than others. I also would like to apologize for any unclear communication about valet parking, we do our best to give any third party affiliates all of our hotel information including parking fees, however we do not have any control over the layout or placement of the fees on their website. I absolutely agree that it should be upfront and in the confirmation e-mail. When booking directly through Marriott all of that information is on our hotel information and is also sent over in our confirmation e-mails. I do understand that having to wait or have a delay is inconvenient and I certainly apologize. Often times we do not know that there will be a wait or delay until it is actually happening, as with all valet there will be a slight delay in waiting for your vehicle and others to be retrieved. Unfortunately we do not always know the exact time that our guests are going to choose to check-out and wouldn't have a way to prepare you in advance for an unforeseen delay. I appreciate you staying with us and for your feedback about how we can improve.

I am sorry to see that our hotel was not up to standards on your stay with us. I certainly apologize about the AC and TV not working properly in your room and understand how frustrating and uncomfortable this was during your stay. Our front desk team offered to move you rooms which was turned down and was able to promptly fix the internet TV for you and in addition was able to get all of your parking charges taken care of for you to help compensate for this experience and I do hope that was of some consolation. Again, I certainly apologize that this occurred and appreciate your feedback.

You are absolutely right, the least that the front desk could do was to extend complimentary water and snacks to you while you waited due to us inconveniencing you. That is unacceptable and I will address this with my team to ensure they are being more hospitable in these situations. I appreciate your feedback and again, I am so sorry that you had to wait to get into your room. I do hope that despite this initial wait that you were able to enjoy the rest of your stay with us.
