It’s a shame that I paid for a Wednesday to Sunday over Thanksgiving my husband and I had the conference room and the side room 205 and 205C plus paid for my friend from Canada in room 222. We were there Wednesday to Sunday and never had housekeeping. We had to ask every day for new towels, toilet paper ect. We would leave the room at 11 o’clock at 12 o’clock and even request at the front desk to please clean our room after the second day and still nothing. We went four nights without room being cleaned. Also, there is a real lock of drawers to put clothing is only two drawers in the King suite, am I supposed to put all my underwear and socks, etc., in my bedside table drawer? We will never stay there again.

The room was in good shape and was clean upon arrival. We stayed several days, and I was disappointed that room cleaning was not a daily event. It's one of the reasons we stay at hotels instead of other options.

I had a great stay here with my sister. Room was very clean and comfortable. We had a great nights sleep despite our room overlooking the road. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of hot and cold options. We had cocktails in the rooftop bar and they were delicious and served with a smile! Location is fab, just over the road from the Stockyards.

The breakfast was very good. Lots of variety and hot and fresh, The staff kept it up and they didn't run out of anything. The bars were fully stocked with a price ranges so that made it nice. The room was super. Shower was hot and sparkly clean. Body wash, shampoo and condition were supplied in quantities that were useful, not little tiny bottles. I will stay here again.

This hotel saved my life! Had a horrible stay the night before at studio six. Abandoned our second night there for a one night stay at Springhill suites, which was absolutely wonderful.

Room was large and very comfortable for 3 adults. The bathroom was also very nice. Location of the hotel was great for walking around all the high points of the Stockyards. Breakfast was wonderful as well as the valet car service.

Hotel was in a great position to be able to walk to the stockyards Pool was small but not many people using it .. so no problem getting a sun lounger .. room was large .. didn’t use balcony much as smell of diesel fumes from the trucks ..
