Room was very small, outdated and floors were dirty. Elevators were out of service and had no hot water. Hot water was fixed the next day, but all in all this hotel is falsely advertised in my opinion.

When we first pulled up the sign for the hotel was not lit up. There were homeless people everywhere at all times of the day. There was road construction everywhere as well. We had to pay for parking, but the parking lot is on the same lot as the hotel and self parking, so I’m not sure why that would be a thing. There was only one elevator working, and it took almost 4 minutes to get to you anywhere you were. The second broke in the morning but was fixed by midday. The room itself was nice and clean, but the bathroom tub was not working well at all. The shower head was about to fall out of the wall, and you had to put all your strength to put the tub to the shower. It took well over an hour to clean up the throw up in our hallway in the morning. The only redeeming quality was the staff and that breakfast was good. It was definitely not worth $250 a night plus $20 A DAY for parking.

The hotel was clean....the water in our shower ran a pencil stream of water the entire stay, and only got luke warm water if we turned the hot tap on on the sink. Staff tried to help as far as putting in work orders 3 different times but it was never fixed. Breakfast had several options. Pool was miserably cold but there was a hot tub. If you have a large vehicle there is NO parking except in the shuttle parking spot. I have definitely stayed in nicer HIE before.

Came for a fun concert but completely disappointed in the quality vs cost. I paid the price for the Omni and got the stay of a Motel 6. This motel needs a complete renovation hands down
