The tech in the room malfunction and kept turning ALL the light on full brightness. Happened 4 times from 2 - 4 am. Front desk didn’t seem to understand the level of frustration from not being able to sleep.

The front desk staff upon check-in was great, as well as upon departure. But when I rolled in at midnight my last night, there was no valet, and the front desk guy was on his phone… he just said, “yeah he’s here. Just leave your keys.” It’s incredible that they charge $50 for valet daily for service like this. The beds are super soft and are so concave that I had to barricade myself with pillows to prevent myself from rolling onto the floor. A “technology-forward room” sounds great if everything works. It’s frustrating if everything doesn’t. Having to call for ice is annoying.

Absolutely amazing! Would definitely recommend and come back next time I’m in the DFW area! The room was spotless and has so many cool features from the electric lights, curtains, shade and shower! There was a really cool feature in the bathroom mirror where you can listen to music, browse the town and check the weather while getting ready! The staff were also amazing, along with the valet attendants. Check it out for yourself. You won’t regret it.
