The technology for everything in the room is cool in theory but it practice is not so exciting. My mirror never worked so I couldn't listen to music or turn it off to have less lighting while sleeping. It was also annoying to turn on/off the room light to have to tap the screen several times and wait for a loading screen. Overall, it was a good stay though.

This hotel price is too much compare other near hotels. Nothing special elevator and entire place small like restroom. And I changed other hotel Kimpton. Kimpton hotel is way better price and clean.

They overcharged us two hundred at checkout. They even corrected it at the desk and printed us a new checkout sheet for $800 instead of the original $1150. They Still charged us $1150 and their mailbox is full and they don’t return calls. This ruined what was otherwise a great stay but this is unacceptable

The rooms are electriconically are nice no fridge no microwaves...the roof top access is nice but i reserved a king bed room got here at 430pm mind you check in is at 4pm room was not ready if course valet took our car we were left with all of our luggage for them to finally lock our luggage up for 3 more hours while we walked around and ate never called me like stated by manager when our room was ready all to show up at 7pm and be told we only had the option of a dbl queen bed for a romantic night out with my husband and the staff to seem to not care i paid over 300 for a horrible date night thanks Sinclair hotel we appreciated it we will not be back unless corrected

I stayed here due to the winter storm here in Fort Worth causing my home to be without power. What was initially a frustrating day of finding somewhere to stay turned into the best experience. The room was small but it was sufficient and really beautiful. The technology in the room put it over the top. I will definitely be back.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights while using the valet parking. Unfortunately, our first night in Dallas the valet LOST the keys to our rental car which completely ruined our plans for the trip. I hate to leave a bad review on what was otherwise a very nice hotel, but there was no effort by the valet or hotel staff to correct the situation when it was extremely frustrating after we had flown across the country to see this city.

I'm sorry to see you did not have the best experience while staying with us. I have looped in my leadership team to address your concerns so we do not continue to have these issues.
