I have to say we got an extremely good Black Friday deal that included breakfast so I can’t complain that much. But it is definitely an older hotel. Had to switch rooms a couple times bc of the smells. Breakfast was regular. Definitely more of a 3 star and not 4 star.

Greeted with a warm cookie. I was able to text with front staff for anything I needed. Room was not supplied with hand washing soap. I had to ask staff twice for soap before we finally received a bar. Restaurant worker ignored my husband when he attempted to place an order - this is after many calls were made to the restaurant for room service. The staff at the bar ended up helping us. He was very helpful. Food was good but very pricey. The walking distance from the front desk to elevators is long!
