Fun atmosphere, great restaurant, awesome location in the center of all the shops

Power went out due storm. Not private could here conversation in adjacent room

The hotel is beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful. Perfect location for historic Fort Worth. My only complaint is there was no hair dryer. I have long quit packing a hair dryer. Luck for me I can get away with letting it air dry.

We enjoyed staying there except for the noises. From the couple next door enjoying each other at 2 am to the street sounds. First thing I noticed was earplugs beside the bed and I knew then we were in for a night. Needless to say, not much sleep that night. I usually sleep with a fan and I ALWAYS bring my fan except for this one time. Never will again. Other than that, it's a very nice hotel and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The room was clean. It was a little noisy but they hotel provides ear plugs.

Great location ...... In the next live we come back and stay more time in this nice Hotel

Stockyard hotel is lovely. It's certainly for those who enjoy the historical culture and charm of the Wild West. It has the ambiance of an era gone by with emphasis on the actual architecture of the cowboy days as well as the cowboy lifestyle. There are many delicious eating venues within a short stroll of the hotel no matter what type of food your taste buds are calling for! The hotel is pristine very clean. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating. The one thing that needs improvement is the lack of hot water for the bath. The water was luke warm during my two night stay. Overall, the hotel is very nice!

What a great place! Great location, great feel, great value. I recommend this stay for a tourist or for any local wanting a night away.

The initial impression of the hotel is great in the lobby if you can forget the parking nightmare outside. The lobby is historic and lovely but when we got to the room I was rather disappointed. The room as a whole lacked the quality I expected for the price we paid for the room. Thankfully, the staff is great. The location is primo for the district and the connected restaurant is amazing. I think the rooms themselves could use some work. OH....and you can hear everything that goes on in the street and bars below!

Great little historical hotel with lots of charm and comfort. Lovely, comfortable and the staff was incredibly helpful and generous with their time. Will definitely return.

I've wanted to stay at the Stockyards Hotel my entire life, and I'm glad I finally got to. I love the location and its historical significance. However, the hotel itself is nothing to brag about. The room was sparsely furnished, the building was too hot (and our room a-c never got below 75), the shower had mildew in it, the toilet ran all night, and the bar staff ignored us for several minutes before finally rudely telling us we could be seated. I'm glad I've checked this hotel off my to-do list, but I can't say I'd stay there again. It's just not worth it. Next time I'll just eat at the restaurant and tour the lobby.

Loved this hotel. Great location, beautiful facility, comfortable bed. We were so happy we picked this one!

The location was perfect, & I hope to stay here again some day. TV problem, but received a Room Credit, that eased the inconvenience!! Great accomodating & very helpful staff!!

We spent the night in this wonderful hotel so my wife could make her 0730 seminar the next day without having to drive from Flower Mound at 0530. We were greeted by a very professional and friendly valet who insisted on unloading our luggage, carting it and actually taking it to our room. I haven't seen that for awhile. The valet service was $12 for the whole day with 24 hour access to our car. We were greeted inside by a very friendly staff and had our keys within seconds. The hotel is appointed much like I would imagine it might have been 100 years ago. The room fixtures, furniture and even pull chain toilet was very special. Oak raised panel doors and cabinets were period correct. The room was quiet and clean, the bed was very comfortable and several hundred channels were available on TV. There is a saloon and steakhouse attached so you don't even have to leave the building unless you want to stroll the shops and restaurants along the borders of the Fort Worth Stockyards. All very close and convenient. My wife and I would agressively recommend a night at the Stockyards Hotel to anyone who wants to just get away and spend a few moments in a bygone era.

I always enjoy staying at historic properties. Room was clean and quiet, but it was mid-week. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife surround the hotel. I found plenty of on-street no-time-limit parking only two blocks away.

We were in Ft. Worth for the Texas Angus Assoc. anual meeting, and thought it would be neat to stay in a hotel that had all the feeling and tradition of Texas cattle. The room was very nice, very comfortable, great bed, and staff very helpful. Be aware that there is very limited street parking available, but they have parking available for $10/day . There is some public parking a couple of blocks down the street, if you want it. Highly recommend the Cattlemen's Steak House, just around the corner. GREAT steaks.

Hello!! Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. While we appreciate the compliments, we regret that some aspects of your stay were unpleasant. We are always working on making improvements, and currently the exterior windows are being rebuilt one by one to combat the street noise we sometimes experience. Again, thank you for your time and we hope you will give us another try in the future.
