Good location. Very loud air conditioner that made it difficult to sleep. Water shut off for an short time during our stay.

very easy check in and out and helpful staff. we actually loved the mattress and will be contacting to find out what we slept on for our future personal purchases.

Hotel was wonderful. The only reason it got 4 out of 5 was that the pool was under construction. I wish we would have known. The staff were all super friendly! And remembered us every time we came back in. This was an amazing location as well! Perfect walking distance to anywhere!

This is by far the most run down Courtyard I have experienced.Ft. Worth is such a beautiful down and it is unfortunate that Marriott does not renovate this hotel. You get the sense that you are staying in a Comfort Inn or a Ramada, but yet paying Courtyard prices. Very disappointed.

Wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and the location was excellent.

Perfect location with several things to do. We were in a King size room which seemed a little small compared to our friends.

Nice hotel and convenient to Sundance Square. Dining and entertainment a short walk. Our room was smaller than the one our friends had but was still comfortable.

We were only at the hotel for one night so we did not get to experience much. The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly. I don't think the rooms were nice enough to justify the price but the location of the hotel was awesome.

Ok for the price. Interiors need an upgrade- namely the bath.

The hotel was in a good location, access to everything we wanted to see however the hotel was old and smelled funny. first room we got was real small and cramped. if i had a choice would not stay there again.

Very nice hotel!! Staff very friendly & always willing to help!!

This is a great spot to stay if you are looking to be close to Sundance Square. It's walking distance to all the restaurants & shopping. Not walking distance to the Stockyards though. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We had a great view from the 13th floor :)

In Ft Worth for conference at the nearby Convention Center--cinch to walk and close to # of great restaurants. Front desk was extraordinarily helpful -- felt like I was at their home, not a downtown hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

check-in was smooth, even after midnight, when I arrived due to a flight cancellation. quiet rooms, very convenient location

Attend anual "Premier Designs" 3 day conference at convention center.

Location

very convenient location - a block away from the Bass Performance Hall; the hotel elevators provided information about upcoming events including a concert at the performance hall

average, but parking was terrible and a rip off

We stayed at this hotel because we were in town for the weekend. It is an older hotel located in the heart of downtown and well within walking distance to restaurants and night life locations. The only issue was trying to figure out where to park so I could check in. I parked on the street in front of the doors and when I came out found my car had been moved because it interfered with valet parking attendants of the neighboring hotel. My wife was sitting inside and the attendant jumped in and moved it! I found it sort of funny so I guess it was OK since I have also stayed at the hotel the guy worked for before. Valet parking is provided but a little confusing at first. All of the staff were very friendly and we will stay there again.

The location is great, especially the Bass Hall and Convention center close by. I loved the room and the view, sheets and bed were really comfy. *NOTE the only place to take kids nearby is Chilli's unless you like smokey bars*
