I like the location. I did not like that the pool was not in service and the room had issues like doors not closing easily and equipment with no power source.

This hotter is in a good location and the beds were comfortable. The hotel, like many in this price range was clean but not spotless and was showing its age.

I recently booked the property for August 7th & 8th. I checked in to the property at 6:30pm on 8-7-19. At about 3:00am I was awaken due to arms itching. Grabbed my phone for flashlight and I see a bed bug crawling on pillow so Immediately recorded a few seconds, grabbed up my things and went to front desk to make them aware and checkout with a full refund being requested. I was advised their system was doing an audit but once finished, an email would be sent to me acknowledging the refund. 5hrs later, no email nor refund so I called the hotel to speak with manager Trey Rich whom wasn't available so I sent him an email regarding as well as called Hilton to file a complaint. The manager did return my call but stated they would have to investigate before issuing a refund for the 1st night, but stated to call Orbitz to get refunded for the 2nd night and requested that I forwarded the video I recorded to a cell number. I contacted Orbitz who processed the refund for the 2nd night and they reached out to the hotel regarding the incident whom basically advised them they would need to investigate. On 8-10-19 Orbitz contacted the hotel again regarding the investigation and no manager was available. I am still awaiting to be reimbursed for the 1st night and no information as to when that would take place. For those considering this property, avoid room 310 as it has bed bugs.

I stayed here during a winter storm, and I was so relieved to be here than stranded at DFW. The food was wonderful--breakfast buffet is definitely worth $10.95, and I was impressed with everything from the service to the fitness center and the complimentary shuttle service from the rental car drop off before I had even checked in as a guest. Would definitely stay here again!

My 2 kids loved the indoor pool and hot breakfast. Really close to the mall and shopping. Front desk staff is nice. The only thing we noticed is that the room does not have a personal safe. You have to go to the front desk.

Ended up here because it was the most reasonably priced brand name hotel in Ft Worth. There was apparently a big convention in town so all of the rates were really high. Overall, this is a very solid hotel. The rooms are a little aged but clean. It seems like they're in the process of doing an upgrade. My room didn't have a flat screen but my friend's did. Indoor pool, friendly staff, close to lots of restaurants, mall, etc. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a clean place to crash at a reasonable rate.

This is a very nice hotel. Unfortunately our car was broken into. The hotel would have comped our rooms, but couldn't do it because we booked with [...].A gang is working this hotel and others in the area breaking into cars. The hotel has chosen not to have someone patrol the parking lot and has signs indicating that they are not responsible for damage to cars (I hadn't seen those before, so that is not a good indicator). We had reservations in Las Cruces through [...], but had to drive all the way home with no front passenger window in one day. So ... in addition to the cost of everything we lost we have to pay for the hotel in Las Cruces too (It was prepaid and non-refundable).

Great location.Nice selection for breakfast. The Lobby, Gym & dining area were really cramped. Our room was not clean had to request house keeping to touch up again, especially the bathroom. The bed was sqeaky. Probably one of the poorly maintained Hilton properties I've stayed at.

There was an odor in the room but staff took care of it right away after offering to change my room which I declined. Great stay and great staff.

the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good with alot of variety. our room was clean and quiet. I would stay here again.
