We loved the view of the lake and downtown skyline. The hotel service was great!!! The hot breakfast was fantastic with Texas waffles, eggs, sausage and plenty more. Thank you for a great stay!!!!

some of the towels were dirty. The toilet was broken (the whole seat was not connected). The fitness facility had a weight rack with a total of 4 dumbbells. Looks like the rest of them were stolen and not replaced.

AC wasn't working in the room

My room was clean and it was quiet. The bed was comfortable and towels large and soft. I prefer vending machines but did not see any. I didnt eat breakfast or use the pool, so i cant comment. I have stayed there twice and will again.

The lake view from my room was very good and I had a nice stay without any issues. It was with my friend who suggested this place as it’s near to my workplace and easy to access the highway. Rooms are very clean and we enjoyed the happy hour too

Room had a stale smell like urine. Facility could use some updates. Other than that, stay was decent.

Decent hotel, but nothing special. I wish there was more than one entrance to access the hotel. The front desk attendant when we checked in was not very pleasant, but the attendant when we checked out was AWESOME.

Convenient location, free parking, friendly staff and cheap. Room was not so great. Red stains on floor, Ceiling had a leak. Room smelled damp come to find out a/c unit was leaking so all that side of the room floor was wet. Bathroom all night sounded like water was running and TV not working as cable went out.

The hotel was as promised in the listing. The day manager, Lauress Walton, was competent and friendly. As a first impression of the hotel, she was the best. Since I was there on business, but didn't need an entire conference room, I was given permission to use the breakfast area (after hours) with a co-worker. That turned out well.

all we did was sleep so I can’t really comint about all the hotel has to offer. It’s was nice enough and close to the venue we attended. They did let us check in early which was helpful sence we traveled from out of town.

Our room was obviously not cleaned, hair,makeup and body fluids on the sheets. The sheets were clearly not changed from previous guest. None of the lamps worked and the bathroom was disgusting. Hallways were in desperate need of a cleaning and attention. Went to the front desk to ask for a new room and the guest in front of us had found bed bugs in his bed. We canceled our reservation and ran out of there. We were promised a refund but here we are 14 days later and still have not seen a dime.

Arrived at hotel to find staff was in a panic on room vacancies. Luckily I got there early in the day and was assigned one. Cleaning lady was still in there at 2:30 when I got to the room. Tv remote was missing, they asked me to come downstairs to pick up one. I did and it did not work. Called again, staff asked me to call back as they were still trying to figure out places for other guests (2 1/2 hours later). Owner needs to spend some time here as the management is not getting it done

Where to start? Miserable experience. 1. Bathroom fan was going out and make loud shrill sounds. Only way to stop it was to turn light off. Showers were in the dark. 2. Tv screen was damaged and affected viewing. 3. Main hotel room door was stuck tight. To open I would have to throw my shoulder into it. 4. Toilet would not always flush correctly. 5. Bathroom sink did not drain well at all. 6. Worst of all was the billing. On check in, they charged the card i gave them at hotel. It cleared fine that same day. The next day they also charged a seperate card i originally used for reservation for the entire stay as well. When I brought this to their attention, I was told manager would call me, who is never on the premises. She did NOT call me. Desk clerk called me to tell me nothing they could do. One of the charges would be dropped but it would take a few days. No appologies, no explinations. Nothing. A WEEK later, one charge was FINALLY reversed. Yet despite multiple discussions, they still ended up charging the wrong card. DO NOT RECOMMEND Expedia reviews were deceiving. Google Maps rating of 3.2 is more realistic but still to high in my opinion. And I didnt even list all of the issues with this hotel.

Upon my arrival the bed in my room was disguising there was literally a mark of someones bowl movement on the sheet! Then when I asked for the sheets to be changed they sent in a woman who tried to remake the bed without changing the sheets when I told her to stop and showed her she needed to remake it, she brought in 4 more woman to make 1 King size bed with only a single woman in the room, me! There were no towels for the 3 days I stayed there and no coffee cups or coffee for the makers was replaced after the first day! I requested towels 4 times, by 2 different women at the front desk and was told the same thing, "I will have them brought right up! I called down to the front desk for these towels that were supposedly being brought up 2 times! I will not recommend this chain of hotel/motel EVER!!!! The owner never even addressed my complaint with an apology or anything! Never heard anything from him and I wrote out the complaint and left it with Mr. James Washington at the front desk before I left and even wrote to HQ and no response! I was there because my sister was getting married on Friday and I didn't have any clean towels to take a shower and get ready for what was supposed to be the day of a great celebration!

When we arrived the guy at the front desk was so busy watching tv that he could hardly focus on checking us in and getting our keys. when we got to our room the air conditioner was hardly working, blowing warm humid air all night never cooling the room down at all and making a loud grinding noise. The fold out bed had no blanket or pillows. There is zero water pressure in the shower or faucet. Finally when we checked out the next morning I asked for a receipt for my credit card charge and was told I would have to get online and request it. NEVER AGAIN

Nice location on Lake Worth. Close to area shopping and Stockyards without the High prices!
