Hotel charged credit card twice for potential incidentals that were never processed.

We were surprised to get a suite and it was within walking distance of all the places!!

Excellent staff, great location, complimentary breakfasts a great plus

The greatest location near Sundance square and the Bass Performance Hall, where we attended the semifinals of the Van Cliburn Piano competition. Friendly and helpful staff at all levels. Hotel is a bit older, but clean and spacious rooms.

The hotel is older, but the staff's hospitality more than makes up for it!

Very comfortable, includes breakfast and everything downtown is walking distance.

It is comfortable. Walk distance from everywhere downtown. Includes breakfast and have a coffee shop always open.

It was a great place to stay. Hotel staff was excellent.

The hotel was old and needed updates. The valet service was great. The girls working the front desk were very unprofessional. One was chewing her fingers the others were texting. I asked for info on molly the trolley and one threw me a brochure. It was like we were bothering them.

The hotel was nice, a little overpriced but to be expected for the area. Upon arrival, I was told there was no credit card on file so I assumed the credit card I handed over was to be used for incidentals if they occurred. A week after checking out, I found out I was wrong. The hotel charged my card for the full amount of the stay even though I had already paid through this booking website. I called the hotel 3 separate times in the last month. Each time the people I spoke with were rude but promised a refund would be submitted the same day. After 3 calls and over a month since my stay, I still did not have a refund on my credit card. So, I reached out to this booking website. The customer service rep informed me that the payment was indeed sent to the hotel. He told me that there is no record that the hotel ever reached out to this booking website to request payment when they told me they would. He was immensely helpful and called the hotel on my behalf and they are finally submitting a refund. I will never stay at this specific hotel again for this reason and would not recommend it to anyone.

The valet service was horrible coming and going. The bed in the room was hard and not comfortable at all.

The biggest disappointment was the $22/day charge for valet parking. This seemed to be the only option but we were not informed of the charge until we were ready to check out. Also had difficulty getting towels -- seems they had a shortage when we checked in and it took 3 requests to get towels for 3 adults. Overall, not as impressive as other Embassy Suites.

The staff was very friendly and generous. Was given an up graded room for free, because of a very small error upon booking, ( up grade wasnt really necessary, but was a gracious surprise), happy hour great, and breakfast was excellent, overall very satisfied.

We were assigned a corner room and there were 3 of us, so the room was very tight once we unfolded the sofa bed, so it was very cramped. I saw another room on same floor that was much roomier for same price, so I felt like I was cheated.

Nice hotel. Very quiet rooms, great breakfast and reception daily.

We stayed here while visiting family. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hot, cooked to order breakfast was a huge bonus (but would expect that for the price of the room). Room service dining was tasty and not too over priced. My only complaint is that parking options are $22/day valet, or parking on the street. But I guess that's to be expected for a busy, downtown hotel. We traveled with our baby, and the staff made all of us comfortable.

great service great location but a little pricey. valet parking guys were great. everyone was wonderful

When we arrived at the hotel, the staff meet us at the door. After giving our name, they already had us checked in with no wait. They gave us a room with two beds, we had ordered a king suite, but they immediately corrected it and gave us a gift card for the gift shop. The cooked to order breakfast and the free drinks in the evenings was just a great add on. I will stay there the next time I visit Ft Worth.

This is an excellent hotel, they go out of their way to accomodate you. I only experienced one or two inconveinences during my stay. When I checked in, and was given my room key, I went to drop the luggage off. When I opened the door, there was a suitcase already sitting in the room! I called the front desk, and she was extremely apologetic. She said she'd be right there (on the 10th floor) to get me another room. I bet it took all of 3 minutes for her to arrive, with a new room key. All was taken care of. The only other annoyance I had was that the TV in the living room had a remote with weak batteries. Since there is a large flat screen in the bedroom as well, I really didn't use the living room TV, so it really didn't affect me. The breakfast every morning was excellent, and free newspapers were in abundance (local paper, USA Today, and WSJ). The complimentary managers reception is a great idea, nice to unwind after a long day. My one gripe on value was that the valet parking was about $20/day. That seemed a little steep to me. All in all, its a great hotel. I will be working in downtown Fort Worth for th next month or so, and I plan to stay there each week I'm in town.

Hotel staff very courteous and efficient. Suite type rooms quite spacious. Free Manager's Reception in the evening and free made-to-order breakfast is a major plus. Great downtown location. Only downside that I saw was that hotel interior including rooms needs renovation like new carpet/wall papers/fixtures etc.
