My daughter had a competition Labor Day Weekend, the hotel experience was very great! The only problem I had was that there were little bugs and ants around the room. Overall it was great

This wasn’t my best stay at a Hilton hotel. When I checked in had no problems and things were nice as usual, however after arriving, tried to get a cup of coffee, but nothing was available. Coffee, Tea, and not even water was available in the lobby. Then the hotel charged $10 a dayfor parking in an unprotected and unsecure parking lot. I have never been charged for parking at a hotel that I’ve stayed at in my 50 years of traveling. I recently went to Washington DC and stayed in the Hilton there and wasn’t charged for parking. They even had a patrolled parking lot. I could understand parking more if it was a parking garage or patrol parking lot, but neither of which what’s the case here.

The stay was okay. When we checked in, the male in the lobby who assisted me was friendly. When we returned from going outside, the person at the reception had changed; the female there looked at me without greeting me - she just stared at me, and I smiled a little, but she didn't greet me, although she greeted another guest. The bed was fine, but the pillowcase didn't smell fresh, like it hadn't been changed. It's impossible for it to smell that way since we hadn't used the bed yet, as we went to Six Flags immediately after checking in. Also, the noise from the door outside was disturbing in the morning; I was still sleeping and got startled because of the door closing loudly - it was really loud, and it was over and over. I think it's because we were beside the linen storage.
