Customer service was good, location right across the AT&T Stadium. But for those who dont know (like I didn't) hotel does charge $50 to park during events at stadium. FYI...... our room was hot rm 413. View was good facing stadium. Roaches in room and cleaniness well could have done a better job. Hair in tub, figured one night stay get sleep and go.
A roach crawled across my face while i was sleeping. It was one of 3 that i saw. We were given one towel and one washcloth for 2 people. The only electrical outlet i could find was about 7 feet up, toward the ceiling. And she tried to charge $25 to check in 30 minutes early so i had to sit in the car. In Texas. While it was 102°.

I will never ever stay there again. Comfort & feeling secure is not what you get at this disgusting place. 2 of the staff members look like they never left the property the 4 days we were there. Breakfast, which we didn’t touch was muffins & some type of canned drink in a small table fridge. That’s not what was advertised. Air conditioner was rumbling through the vents at various times of night. Marijuana smell was coming thru the vents into our room. My wife & I don’t smoke that crap, so that was horrible. I could go on & on. This PLACE IS A BIG FAIL & SHOULD NEVER BE ADVERTISED TO ANYONE COMING TO ARLINGTON FOR A COWBOYS GAME.
Toilet not working properly. No lights in bathroom mid stay no one looked at it. AC stopped working mid stay nothing was done about it no breakfast as advertised.
It was in walking distance of everything you need.
Ot's fine
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the free shuttle to the Texas Rangers game. Breakfast was good. It is an older property, but quite sufficient for what we needed.
Friendly staff and a great deal for how close it is to Texas Live, the stadiums, solid food options. Easily walkable to games.
Hotel is very tired!! Could definitely use a remodel.
Very close to AT&T Stadium, very affordable hotel. But you get what you pay for. Very run down, elevator wasn’t working, power went out due to utility work, causing the water heater to shut down so we had no hot water in the morning.
