Nice property. Was checking in late and had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby before I could check in because the system was rebooting. Not happy after traveling over 10 hours and had a reservation specifying a late check in in the notes.

Shower was clogged. Room was clean ans amenities are ok. Location is perfect.

Overall the stay was comfortable and for the price I would stay there again. However, there were a couple of things they should address. The popup drain was broken and had to be reinstalled to fill the tub. The water drained incredibly slow and I had to remove a large plug of hair (gross) to get it to drain. The tub faucet was really loose and needed to be replaced. Again, overall this was perfectly suitable for our family to stay overnight. The 2 seperate bedrooms work great for having a a 2yo and twin 6 year olds.

There wasn't a mattress on the sofa bed and when I called the front desk to tell them all they did was offer me more blankets. The room was muggy and the when maintenance came to fix it the next day they tried to enter the room as if there was no one in it. We then received 2 phone calls prior to check out asking when we were leaving so that they could get the a/c fixed and I was charged twice for the same room, once by Orbits and once by the hotel. They said they couldn't give me a discount and offered no other compensation.

We were very pleased with the hotel and the room size, and the price was great. Free hot breakfast was really good also!

Hotel was convenient for my needs and it was nice to have more than just a bed! The kitchen and living area were great! Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was decent and hotel staff was nice. Parking out front was limited and parking out back was a little intimidating to me as a female traveling alone. All in all good experience and I would recommend.

Very nice great location close to att statium COWBOYS country

perfect location- but inside was confined not like web showed- unpleasant smell in room- booked room for 2 adults 2 kids- there was no bed linens for sofa bed and when I asked got 1 sheet one pillow and a blanket looked like came out of dumpster- only two bath towels asked for 2 more told in laundry will bring never got. put 20.00 hold on cc two days later still showing not cleared . At midnight was ready for bed and guests upstairs were running and jumping till almost 3am

We enjoyed our stay to be close to the Cowboys stadium for a ball game. Although we lived in Arlington many years ago the hotel staff were extremely helpful when highlighting newer evening dining options and recommendations.

Front desk attendant was great every time we needed them. Location was great and not even the construction was bad to deal with. The pool was very small but with Hurricane Harbor right across the street it was not a big issue. with all the entertainment withing 15 minutes of you, the kids are worn out by 9pm. Leaving plenty of time for the adults to play at the local night spots! I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is within walking distance of Cowboys' (AT&T) Stadium. Really, we've walked back after a game before. Everything you need food, gas, a Walmart are right in the area & access to highways is easy. Staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean, but dated. Bed was okay, but sofa & chair not as much. Overall I like the place & have stayed here several time during the last couple years & will continue to do so.

It was nice to have a full kitchen so we could save money by buying groceries. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a mile or two. Super Wal-Mart was within the same distance. Breakfast in the mornings exceeded our expectations. Would consider booking this hotel for our next trip to see the Cowboys!!

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was very friendly.

y 2daughters & granddraughter went away for the weekend. The hotels was walking distance from the water park and a15 min drive from the mall. Wished someone would have brought us clean toweks & made the bed while we were gone, but once we asked we had towels within minutes. we had a suite and everything we could have needed was there. Plan to go back with husband

Staff were very friendly. Nice location for what we were doing.

We are satisfied. Not very impressed with the den furniture. It was very uncomfortable and difficult to relax in the evening. Bedrooms were good and the extra pillows helped to make the sofa bearable. If we were to recommend this hotel, we would definately warn them of the discomfort of the den.
