Was good overall, bathroom was definitely not ver clean, didn’t put water bottles in our room once without taking over a 5 night stay, housekeeping was definitely as minimal as possible, however the motel looks great and the food was delicious.

Inexperienced front desk staff, multiple issues checking in with multiple incorrect charges on my guest’s credit card. Front desk staff claimed they fixed the problem and did not. Staff told me they could not give anything on paper (recipe) showing the incorrect charges had been refunded. After the front desk staff insisted the problems had been resolved multiple times for almost an hour, the manager was finally summoned and fixed the problem. Housekeeping woke us up knocking on the door at 10:00 AM even though there was a Do Not Disturb tag on the exterior door lever in plain sight. After housekeeping was told we had a late check out and to please not disturb again, they came back to knock on the door again at 10:30 and again at 11:00. I highly discourage anyone staying at this hotel, there are plenty of better hotels to choose from in Fort Worth. I will not be back.
