I travel for work. I am responsible for 6 teams. Three of those teams including myself stayed at this establishment. These wonderful staff members and management were absolutely phenomenal. They were understanding. They were friendly and very respectful. They went above and beyond with every single one of the rooms my teams had. And they had their hands full because these kids that I am the boss of run me ragged lol. But the staff and the management handled it all wonderfully. Housekeeping was awesome and the pool was phenomenal if it had not been so cold. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Elevator can be far from your room since there’s only one and it’s on the back side of the property. Also, breakfast could be improved a lot!! Only hot foods are waffles and toast. No protein offered at all. No liquid creamer for coffee either, only powdered. Staff were very nice and the room was clean with comfortable beds.

Wouldn't stay again

Had to park very far from my room..woken up by a small roach in my bed. Then went to take a shower in the morning and a small spider was in my shower. Which I then killed with a towel. My room was directly by the tiny pool so maybe that had something to do with the bug situation. These rooms are not worth the price. Pay an extra 40 and get a la quinta or Marriott or Hilton brand hotel if you want anything a little nice. This was basically motel 6 with a slightly better bed. Building looked old. Staff was ok but not that overly hospitable. Breakfast was also pretty lame.

Property wasn't too bad. The front desk guy was fast and easy to get checked in and courteous. The room was large and clean but smelled of smoke. This is not the fault of the owners or staff knowing that the rules are NO SMOKING but the people that stay there don't know how to respect other peoples property of not smoking in the room. Come on people!!! If it says no smoking and no pets, please respect other peoples property!

Nice accommodations, some concerns

The rooms were very clean and in good condition. Very nice for a budget hotel. It would have been helpful to know that they were going to charge me a $70 deposit before they did it - clearly never said a word about it. Otherwise staff were professional. Lots of people hanging around on the stairs and balcony smoking and smoking weed. Not the hotel’s fault but it didn’t feel very safe.
