The refrigerator did not work. The freezer was like super freezing. The towels seemed dirty. I had to go back and ask for some clean towels and they still looked dirty. I saw these little bugs in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken.The Hall carpet was dirty and had stains.The room smell like mildew and cigarettes. I had a non-smoking room. There was black hair on the floor and I’m a blonde.

For 1 theres no elevators and i told him im disable and need knee replacements, the guest on the side of my kept trying to vet into my room all night. I called the front desk numerous times with no answer. I had to call Expedia.to get a hold of him and all of a.sudsen he answered. I told him what was going on and he lied and said he looked at the cameras and saw nothing. I jad to get another day so hopefully i stay safe.

Horrible!! I paid for the room online but there was nothing on the website about a deposit. Wouldn't even let me use the bathroom before I paid the deposit. Then, after I finally figured out the deposit to get into the room, they didn't take tap and pay. It was 2 am and I decided it wasn't worth paying $100 for a couple hours because I didn't have the extra money to pull it out of ATM, then get told I had to get my refund from the third party, and I asked if since we were having to stay in our van if we could stay in the parking lot and was sent away, then this morning I find out that the hotel won't refund my money when I didn't even set one foot in a room. Never will use them again. Absolutely ridiculous!!
