Staff was really rude their was a $100 deposit their credit card machine was not working and I asked for nearest ATM to pay cash they didn’t know and the asked me to leave and get cash or no stay and at the end I left and I slept in another hotel need refund asap

This property is supposed to have fully stocked kitchens. Due to Covid, you have to get the supplies for the kitchen from the front desk. This is understandable. What isn't understandable is that they didn't have anything to give me for my stay except for 1 pot and 1 plate. No eating utensils, no pans, nothing else.

This place is totally mismanaged. You shouldn't even list it on your service. 1. Trespasser banging on doors at 4:00 AM 2. No room key available entire say, was that way for at least a wk. (per employees) 3. No prior notice of required $100 cash deposit or no room. 4. Door lock did not work 5. Toilet plugged 6. Rude manager, say she didn't need to answer my questions or concerns and threatening to keep my deposit. 7 No room service entire stay. 8 Elevator floor dirty entire stay. Need I go on.

We were caught in a ice storm so couldn’t get to the motel . I called before thr cut off time for cancellations and the receptionist was rude and wouldn’t help and said it wasn’t her problem. I would have to call Orbitz, so I didn't get a refund and had to buy a room in the town we finally made it too driving on Black Ice.

Saturday morning the AC broke and I contacted the front desk for maintenance to look at it and she responded ok. After about an hour I called back to check on maintenance status and she told me the maintenance team don't work on weekend but fail to mention it when I original called. I requesting for her to change us to a different room expressing my concerns and she indicated there is no room available. I mention to speak to a manager and she told me no manager or maintenance team working on weekend not even for emergency so my only option at that time was to stay in a room that is literately 104°. After having no resolutions, I decided to call Orbitz and they contacted the front desk. After an hour working with Orbitz representative, I was able to get in to a different room but it is on the first floor. It is a much smaller room, not what I originally paid for but at least the AC is working.

From the entrance to the office, to the elevator, to the hallways, to my room, everything smelled like cigarette smoke.I had a nonsmoking room yet had to wash everything in my travel bag because it smelled like smoke. The bags of trash piled in the hallway were another nice touch. Needless to say, I won't be back.

Stayed 2 nights everything was great except bed was hard and uncomfortable

It was quiet. The hotel staff were friendly. Helped me when needed help and answered questions.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Was very clean and maintened quite well. The staff was accomodating of any request made and the free wi-fi was excellent. Comfortable beds and nice size to the room. Will definetly stay there again.

Very small room; carpet dirty; disappoinment with offerings for the continental breakfast--bagles, coffee, apples one day, no fruit at all the next; For more than $80.00 a day, I expected more.

ice storm in fort worth

We were caught in a ice storm so couldn’t get to the motel . I called before thr cut off time for cancellations and the receptionist was rude and wouldn’t help and said it wasn’t her problem. I would have to call Orbitz, so I didn't get a refund and had to buy a room in the town we finally made it too driving on Black Ice.

broken ac

smoke, smoke, everywhere smoke
