After a long day of work, I returned to this hotel frustrated at the prospect of searching online for my dinner. As I’m walking through the parking lot, I smell unmistakable home-cooked Italian. When I walk in the lobby, they are offering guests free dinner (lasagna, salad, garlic bread) and happy hour (multiple beers) and solved my long day travel woes. It was so nice and Alicia was the ultimate hostess. I’ve never seen a Marriott do this in my annual stays. It was perfect and the hotel is efficient and clean.
They made us fell like we were at home. The room was very nice. The staff was very nice and very friendly as well as helpful. The breakfast was very good with a lot of selections. This hotel was within walking distance of Sundance Plaza and right across the street from the convention center.
As a former business traveller, i gave stayed in literally hundreds of hotels. This particular Fairfield Inn rates at the very top of the list of places I have stayed. From the front desk clerk Latasha, to the housekeeping person, Jessica, the staff goes out of their way to make you feel st home. The property is clean and well staffed. Breakfast was predictable but good nonetheless. A GREAT value hotel
I always enjoy staying at a Fairfield Inn, but this one really makes you feel like you're family. The staff is extremely kind and seems to do anything possibly to make sure you feel like you're at home. Latasha at the front desk is super sweet. I'm really enjoying my long term stay here. Very clean too. Thank you.
I would like to thank Latasha the front desk clerk who made our visit at the Fairfield Inn, an excellent one she definitely went beyond the Call of Duty to make out stay a great one. I definitely like to nominate her for employee of the month, she was that good...
I stayed here while attended a conference. My room was clean. I liked everything about my room except the bathroom floor was super sticky - like scotch tape! It was so sticky that the soles of my shoes stuck to the floor making a foot print! It was really that sticky! The bed was comfortable, the desk area was the perfect height to use while working on a lap top. It got cold that night so when the heater was used, it smelled like burnt paper for about 20 minutes. I wish they would have pre-turned on heaters before fall arrived just to burn off the summer dust so I didn't smell it burning. Breakfast was the standard. The little sausage slices didn't look appetizing but were very tasty! The scrambled eggs were better than normal hotel eggs. They also had full size 6oz yogurt containers, most hotels only offer 4oz containers. Overall, it was a decent breakfast! The hotel sits right on I-30 so there is the expected traffic noise, nothing too bad. I was woken briefly at 3am by sirens going down the road. I had more noise from the people above me stomping or running than I did from the Interstate. It could be how the hotel is designed but they were loud until 10:30pm and started again about 8:30am. The only recommendation I have for the hotel other than using a different cleaner on the bathroom floor is to please place the breakfast silverware in the containers with the handles facing out. Trying to take a single spoon or fork was impossible without touching all the others ones around it. Knowing this, I wondering how many other people touched my spoon before I used it. The hotel had a comfortable "apartment" type feel to it. This is now my very favorite hotel in Ft. Worth!! I would stay here again!
This was my time in Fort Worth, Latasha was one best hostess. She was very professsional, courteous, very helpful. I have stayed at lot of hotels and she was one of best at her job. She really made me feel at home. I don't know how long I will be here, but whenever I come to Fort Worth I will be staying here. Thanks so much.
Stayed here September 19-22 then came back for an extra night on the 23. Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. When I found out I needed an extra night but needed 2 queen beds instead of a king for the extra night the front desk girl worked very hard to move me from room to room on the same floor so I wouldn't have to drag my luggage all over the place. Then she remembered my name and every time she saw me she would smile and say hello Miss Shirley. The room was very clean and the breakfast was a step above the usual complimentary breakfast. If I had to find something to complain about it would be the parking lot is a little small for larger vehicals. If you are towing anything the parking lot will not work. But the hotel and staff are absolutley wonderful! Thanks for the great stay! I will see you all next year!!
Linda was great at check-in. Room was clean, bright, nice desk, good water pressure and lots of hot water in the shower. Great king bed. Excellent breakfast -- eggs, oatmeal, fruit, meats, waffles, and more. Jacqueline at front desk very friendly, professional, and helpful with info. Price was great with AAA discount - $89. With breakfast included, free parking, and 10-15 minutes from downtown (although morning traffic adds 10 minutes) makes this place worth a stay when in Ft. Worth.
Gracious staff & mgmt very supportive of a family of Harvey Evacuees! Lovely. Did not expect it to be as nice as it was! Our situation was at best extremely stressful yet the staff all made us feel a bit of Peace.
