Clean room great location. Only issue the room is weird. Double room but no door separating the shower bathroom from the rest of the room. Come out the shower to no privacy. To me not worth the price.

Walked into the room and immediately noticed it smelled freshly cleaned. Staff was helpful and nice. New Years so it was packed. I will say I enjoyed the fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning and a noon checkout. The location is great for Sundance square, good food, and some cool bars and entertainment. The only downside is that this hotel starts on the second story. You take the elevator up to check in and then up to your floor. It definitely meant all traffic out of the hotel was going up and down 3 elevators. It also made the space feel a little claustrophobic. I didn’t realize that the lobby being in the 1st level affected the vibe of the hotel so much. It did feel a bit small. All in all it was a nice fit for a short stay in NYE but if looking at other hotels near by with the same price range I might consider another.

The valet staff was everything you hope for with valet services. There are only four luggage carts for 200+ rooms, though, so good luck timing your arrival and having access to said cart. The noises inside the building are something to get used to…even the bathroom faucet has a squeak as you wrench it up and down. The water pressure in the shower is good. The corner room allowed us a view is Sundance Square. Overall, we had a good stay.
