The lady is rude and when i asked about all my refundable deposit she said she ain’t giving me anything back and then she told me to shut up shut up n get the heck off her property after she swiped my card for payment

Clean but staff not customer service friendly

The front desk staff were very rude especially a woman that works there. Also, there is no seating area for anyone who is waiting to check in. Every day, our door was knocked on no less than 3 times by staff asking questions about our stay that they could have gotten from their computer with the reservations. Then the front tried to charge be an extra $20 for me to stay with my mother in her room. It was not over occupied or anything. So I rebooked with me added on, at the same price as a single person, the next night.
