The staff was fantastic. Polite. Friendly. Gracious. Helpful. It could not have been any better. The lady who welcomed us at check-in was perfect and Nessa who ran the breakfast bar was a shining example of what good people and customer service is all about. Thank you both!!!!!!

Our stay was pleasant. Hotel property and rooms were very clean. Staff were beyond excellent and friendly. Pool was not very clean- water was foggy and smelled like sulfur. Other than that we had a great stay.

Always nice and friendly. Breakfast was a beautiful and delicious spread. Vivian is our favorite. So friendly and accommodating. Roof top bar is just the coolest oasis. Paying for parking is new but I get it, parking is a systemic problem in the city.
