I purchase a non smoking room and they did not have one.
This property was dirty and smelled. Some of the lights in the room didn’t work; no telephone in the room(staff at the front desk says there was no telephone because guest steals them); rust in the bathroom sink(nasty); ceiling in the restroom looks like it had a leak and it has not been repaired; only warm water; no ironing board and couldn’t call downstairs to get one so went down to front desk and waited 20 minutes for one. would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I had to use Clorox wipes to clean the floors and Lysol spray to spray the room, sheets and the bed/mattress. Would have left; even though my room was prepaid, but every hotel room in a 20 mile radius was booked.
I reserved aroom and called to see if my family could come in early and I was told that I no longer had a room available without any explanation.
The shower was a tan color with black and brown speckling. in attractive look in my house for my personal shower, but in a hotel room I think I would prefer a white clean shower. I have no idea if they'll tell shower was clean because of the tan color and brown and gray speckling.
Good location..clean room..close to shopping and restaurants. Check in and out were quick.
The room was not all the way clean , I had to go get some bleach wipes and wip the room down it had smell in it like if a cat or dog was just in the room, the floor was dirty and not mop at all
Good facility, good staff, but kind of loud with lots of slamming doors and loud guests.
I was amazed at the spacious room and kitchen area. An amazing room at a great price!
They allow dogs,and there was a room next to mine were a dog barked literally allllllll day. It's was so annoying and a made a peaceful weekend so miserable
We stopped here for only one night. The room was very spacious with a sofa, TV, desk and kitchenette. The TV had 40+ channels including Showtime. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was limited with mainly grab and go items (coffee and tea, instant oatmeal, chocolate mini-muffins and breakfast bars). It was located near a large shopping area that included a Target and several popular restaurants.
Its supposed to be for people staying weeks or months and that is what I primarily use it for. For $60 night for one night u get a full kitchen with oven and stove top. Clean clean room. I even got the room with the sofa bed so good for families. It has been renovated and is in good shape. Pool n BBQ pits outside. This hotel is more than adequate. Beds could be more comfortable but def recommended.
Wifi connection could be better, also cable was horrible only a few select channel's.
Unexpected fees has to pay $5 each day for refresh towers and $20 addictions each day for Housekeeper to clean room. I'm man with short hair, I notice long hair in the tub and sink. A missed opportunity for ES, the room seem to be just renovated. Sad

This is the 4th hotel from Extended Stay that we have stayed in. It is not the Best, but by far not the Worst. The best part was the Cleanliness of our room. The location is great too. On the downside, the laundry facilities were out of order, the side door closest to our room, the lock was broke so there was a rock in the door so it could be used. The staff was fairly decent, except for one girl, who swiped my card twice in 1 day, which placed a hold on my card for 7-10 days. This chain has Awesome amenities, however I think they could be a bit more Budget friendly.
Couch cushions were stained, had to request items such as shampoo, coffee maker etc.
We went to Ft. Worth with another couple for the wekend. We arrived at the hotel which was nice form the outside. The stair wells were stinky. Our room was ok no problems to note. However, the other couples room had several issues, the smoke alarm went off, the tv was fuzzy, the phone and the iron did not work. The pool was nice clean and relaxing. Oh and they only serve breakfast on the weekdays.
