Very nice staff but rough crowd staying there. Not very comfortable coming and going.

We picked this hotel so we would have a kitchen to cook in. When we arrived we discovered the kitchen did not have anything in the cupboards ... no plates, no glasses, no silverware, no pots, etc. We stopped by the desk and asked for these items and they said they would bring them up. This never happened. The bathroom was old and the fan made a very loud banging sound when you turned it on. The coat closet is behind a hanging drape. The free breakfast is basically granola bars and coffee. The price was good (about $85/night) and the beds were comfortable. We visit this area on a regularly basis and probably will not stay here again.

Good for sleeping night, close to the highway. Quitly neigborhod security space for parking.

The staff is great. Josh is a sweetheart, very professional and friendly! The facility seems to be a bit old, in need of some TLC, overall decent stay.

The hotel is in a great location, we got a good price on the room, and the hotel staff was friendly. That's all I can say that was good about our experience. The hallways stunk of smoke and dampness, the bathroom was not clean, and they don't give shampoo in the bathrooms (only a body soap and a face soap). The breakfast was "grab and go" which translates a cup of coffee and a muffin. If we had been staying more than one night we would have found a different hotel.

I was looking for a place to spend one night. Just to sleep there. It does the job. Very good price for just a bed to sleep. Clean and confortable.

gets the job done. Nice staff, helpful. clean room, but heavy smoke smell. No amenities, but location is pretty convenient. NC.

visitation of sights

We went to visit family and the only thing that couldv'e been better is a cont. breakfast. The kitchenette was nice, but for short trips, we weren't going to use

Great - will be back.

This was a decent hotel. I got it because it had the kitchen and the price was reasonable. Nothing fancy, just a decent room at a reasonable price.

We arrived late at night and discovered that there was no shampoo, conditioner nor hair dryer provided. When I checked the next a.m. the office person told me shampoo was in the vending mchine. They expect that since people are staying a long time they will bring their own supplies. Considering TSA regulations, this is a bit difficult for me to understand. It was for $2. for one shampoo which was barely enough for 2 people. There were no services provided except for a $5.00 fee. We went to get more towels from the front desk as we would have had to pay for them to be delivered or the room trash disposal.

It was disheartening to read that we did not live up to our usual standards, and we're truly sorry your stay was less than satisfactory. We are taking appropriate steps to ensure future guests do not encounter the same issues. We hope you will accept our apologies and consider giving us another chance to provide you with the stay you deserve. Sincerely, General Manager
