I didn’t feel safe at Sonesta Simply and property outside… there was trash all over in the parking lot and grass had grown so much that it look like weeds around the place. Didn’t smell clean when I checked in. I didn’t stay there tonight as I was worried about my safety. Will pickup my things in the morning.
The kitchen and the quietness. The Lady at the front desk gave me a choice of available room, I picked the one that suited me and explained everything about the building.

I had a reservation and was told they over booked the hotel and was full. How hard is it to know how many rooms you have and not allow people to book a room if you have ones who have reservations and have not canceled their reservation.
Very poor property conditions. The floors were sticky, the fridge was dirty, the bathroom was nasty. We had no toilet paper or large towels. The bed was extremely creaky. The shower head had so much calcium buildup it was difficult to use. The good...the sheets were clean and the room was cold. The location was pretty good
I was very pleased with my stay. The staff was nice from the time I checked in until I checked out. I'm also grateful for the room being clean
The floors in the kitchen and bathroom were sticky. The toilet seat was loose and the entire building smelled like marijuana. We have stayed here on many occasions but may never return. In addition, we were locked out of the building at 0600 while loading our vehicle. Not sure if management/ownership has changed, but something needs to change.
We have stayed at this hotel several times, that is why we chose it this time.
Could have been a little cleaner. But was to bad.
Seemed To Be A Older Hotel, With Newer Not So Good Renavations. Hotel Hallaway And Elevator Where Not Vacummed And Hallway Littered With Trash. The A/C Was Loud And Noisy And Only Stayed On 15 Mins At A Time. Front Desk Was Helpful ! And Also My Toilet Got Stopped Up
Booked a non-smoking room prior to the Cowtown Marathon as it was close to the venue but far enough away to not be inundated by other runners. Nearly impossible to find with construction and the building looks grimy and unsafe. Front desk was dirty and roaches were crawling around the floor. Had an employee walk in, notice a roach, and keep going. Cuz no big deal. They gave us a smoking room and said there wasn’t anything they could do to honor the original booking. So my wife and I barely slept and the race the next morning couldn’t come quickly enough for us to leave.
We initially had an issue with our rooms - one was already occupied and another was labeled "non-smoking" but smelled of smoke. We informed the staff and they were very apologetic and fixed the problem immediately. We were really impressed with the hotel's facilities. The rooms were modern and spacious and the gym was great! It was clean and had more machines than I expected. Overall, a great stay!
