Additionally there is an attic office with plenty of space and privacy for one or more people to work from home. The house sits on 0.40 acres and has a very large 4 car garage. The kitchen was remodeled 5 years ago and has a Wolf Oven and Sub-Zero refrigerator. The house is located just 0.25 miles from the center of town and 0.75 miles to the beach.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2.5 bathrooms and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.
