The whole place smelled like dirty diapers...it was fine when we got there, but later in the evening...it smelled bad. I tried changing rooms and was told no...just to deal with it. Not my favorite place.
the location is close to freeways and restaurants and shops, the price is great and the rooms are large
Overall it's a cheap one night stay and I was fairly surprised it wasn't terrible the room was clean had a jacuzzi tub and cost me a $100. Definitely will be returning!! The night time desk guy is amazing he has a great personality and shows he is there for you!!! Very very very nice!!!!! Only thing I can complain about is my clean room didn't come with towels I asked for some and I received this face towels to dry my big butt off with😂😂😂😂
Our room was outdated, kitchenette-but absolutely nothing in the kitchen area to use. The jetted tub didnt work. No remote for bedroom tv,,,which didn't work manually. Only 1 chair in living area. Had to search room for phone cord to plug phone in to contact front desk. Listed as a no smoking facility,,,but found 4 cigarette butts in the stairwell,,,which was next to our room.
this is a safe, quiet, convenient hotel .......great location, friendly staff and great price.....
This hotel is very quiet considering it is in a very active area. The staff is very friendly and parking is never a problem. The price is very good also.

Run down. Nothing like the pictures. Hallway and room had unpleasant smell. Not very clean.
Nothing was good. Entire hotel is smelling like smoking. Pillows are size of decorative pillows. Breakfast is for name sake, there is always shortage for bagels, bread and horrible coffee. Staff has no clue and no replacement for breakfast items. I have noticed few are coming with plastic bags and taking all breakfast items...not sure what internal things going on. Overall it was not a good experience and will not recommend this.
Hotel was filthy. Drapes in room falling off the wall. Never fixed after requesting repair. No hangers in the room. Staff didnt seem to care….. “I apologize” and then no resolve. Because of this experience I would advise anyone looking for a hotel to look elsewhere!
4/5 stars! There was a small issue when first checking in (not the hotel’s fault, it was due to a previous tenant breaking the rules and smoking indoors). When brought to the employee’s attention, it was taken very seriously and our room was swapped. The employees were professional and very friendly, my partner and I felt very comfortable bringing our concerns to their attention. The rooms looked recently updated, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the comforter and sheets were nice and clean. The elevator was quite outdated, and a little bit scary to use, so we just carried our stuff down the short flight of stairs when we checked out. We didn’t see any ‘free breakfast’ when checking out, so not sure if that offer is still accurate. We enjoyed our stay, it was fun!
Just ok. Smelled like cigarettes and marijuana as soon as you walk in and the hallways. Staff was nice. Not visibly dirty.
This property was horrible. We arrived late in evening. A party had just finished in the banquet room. A dozen loud and drunk people were congregating in lobby laughing and screaming and the front desk did nothing. You could hear it in halls. It was midnight. The bathroom door in room wouldn't shut due to a hinge broken, 1 bath towel for 3 people. Bathtub faucet backwards and when turned on you had to wsit for 5 minutes for the trickle to finally build to enough pressure to turn on shower. No hair dryer as advertised. It was disgusting in the halls and lobby. Room cleanliness was fare. Wish I could get my money back. Horrible place. Poorly run
Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in! We were in town for a wedding, but unfortunately because they were so close and even connected to a really nice banquet facility the majority of guest thought they would be staying in a quality hotel. I won’t even waist time forming sentences, I’ll just list the MANY issues: Overall outdated hotel, worn carpets, black mold, no working security locks on exterior doors, room doors missing secondary locks smell of cigarettes throughout, no door number on door (sticky note), toilet seat not secure, no towel racks/hooks, loose wires exposed, smoke detector hanging from ceiling, dry wall patches, sheets smelled and did not look clean and lastly my friend had to ask for sheets and put them on his self because of understaffing.
