The unit was pretty well maintained. The pull out sofa bed needs reinforced since the end is not attached under the mattress. We had a nice time and it met our needs.

Sandpiper cove awesome expirience

First time i went there we were amazed by the place we loved it and are defiantly gonna be coming back for the future . The place was clean and everything in order . We got there before time and they received us and the beach was really close, they had 5 pools and one of them was warmed up with even hot tubs . Definatly renting there again.
